Openvoice is a great tool to make different types of conferences, regardless of the size of these, it can easily be used in meetings of up to 100 people or more, which makes it an ideal tool for this type of work, the controls to monitor and moderate the applications, are easy to use, and are available for mobile devices, which makes the moderation of this type of meetings even easier, since you can enable or disable the different features of this application, using a smartphone, at the moment that the conference is being held. The integration with other applications can be a little difficult, for example for some email clients, where this tool is needed, it can cause some communication conflicts, the recording of calls, sometimes it can be a bit defective, in some cases, we had to clean the audio with some sound editing applications, to remove the background noises that can be heard in this type of recordings, since we really want to hear the best, and that those interested, also do so. OpenVoice is an excellent tool and help, to make different conferences, especially for communication with people around the world, at low cost. Thanks to this tool, we can create conferences or meetings, with people around the world, with meeting rooms, where many people can participate at the same time.

The best part about OpenVoice is the ease of use for any employee. Its simple and self-explanatory while creating simplistic solutions vs tech like WebEx Due to the simplicity of OpenVoice, it doesnt have all the bells and whistles such as a Skype & WebEx. Such as, sharing screens can be very slow and multiple screens will not work. Business communication has been eased due to OpenVoice, and received good feedback from colleagues to complete their meetings efficiently

I love the ability to dial into conference calls of various sizes, from any location. Also the ability to integrate with other apps and Outlook. There's nothing that I actually dislike about the product! N/A It's useful to be able to override the need to use VoiP (which, let's face it, isn't perfect for much of the time) at no cost to most end users.

OpenVoice provides a quick, simple way to gather users together for conference calls. We've tried using WebEx's audio bridge, but many times users find themselves confused by the prompts. We've tried numerous times to educate users on WebEx, but it always seems to fall back on OpenVoice.
OpenVoice works really well for large 80+ conference calls. We've hosted over 30+ calls on the system and never once had any service outages. It is a stable platform that works reliably!
Simple dial-in instructions. Multiple number choices to call in with. Recording! Web portal to control the call. Simple billing.
    No built-in video options.
