4.5The most helpful feature of the Hubspot Marketing Hub is that all of the activities that you conduct as a business (e.g communications that you send out to customers whether it a marketing email, workflow, quote) is all tracked and can easily be transformed into KPI's as a dashboard for your department. 4.5Love using Marketing Hub for our needs! It is such a great tool to bring together a timeline of events on a client account in an area where we can collaborate on what we as a company need to do to continue being the best in our division. 10.0HubSpot is used by our marketing, sales, and customer success departments. We use HubSpot for email automation, live chat, landing pages, our website, occasionally social media, sales pipeline, and so much more. I really love using this tool. It provides our sales and marketing team with so much valuable information and allows us all to have visibility on what is in the sales pipeline, and what our customers and leads are doing. Having our website in HubSpot makes editing it so easy, especially for people who have zero technical experience.
It's easy to use for non-tech focused employees. Being able to update the website without having to get a tech person involved is great. We have an overview of our leads activities, which means we can improve our content offerings. The entire company has visibility on how the sales pipeline looks every month, meaning we know if we're on track or not.
10.0HubSpot is at the core of our sales and marketing processes. With their CRM, Sales and Marketing suites, we've been able to scale our efforts and streamline how we work from day to day. Thanks to HubSpot, we also have improved clarity, communication and reporting across departments and with marketing in general.

10.0We use HubSpot across our Marketing Department to manage our blogs, landing pages, conversions, email lists, social media, and more. It has been a great way to keep all our information in one space that allows multiple people access. It's been great for collaboration and allowing multiple people in our small department to handle multiple things across the platform.

5.0I have used Hubspot for my business for a considerable period of time, and with a broader overview, I would say it very effective and efficient compares to Wrike, MailChimp, or Keap. For small businesses who want to grow rapidly in this competitive business environment, you consider no software than Hubspot marketing automation software
1.0Overrated and very overpriced. What was once the young innovate competitor to SalesForce has become the incumbent. We and many other users have been requested crucial features for years, which they still haven't implements. In the meantime prices have sky rocketed.
5.0After taking a course on Advance content creation course on HubSpot academy, this software was recommended by one of the tutors. And after several months of using this app, I find it to be very useful for the kind of work I do with it.
1.0Worst CRM ever, incoming emails don't logged and it takes so much of my time just to manually log emails. Useless customer service making you go through 10,000 steps and wait for the problem to solves itself!
5.0The best marketing automatization tool ever. Many features, email marketing activities available. Even a good workflow editor. But, quite an expensive.
