4.5They also offer an application that allows it very easy to add items for purchase. I Highly recommend it. Lastly, they return incentives in the form of rebates. 5.0The staff here have been fantastic about helping me with all questions I have! It has been amazing to get all my purchasing done with one tool and avoid having 20 different accounts with different usernames and passwords for all the stores I manage. 3.0Scrolling through various lists and several pages before finding the items I need (especially when I don't know what to search for). Having all items show up in a tile format would be most ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
3.0It can be extremely confusing to use at times. There is no good sort by price or search function. I wish that the settings would allow us to select multiple sub-categories, rather than having to reset every time if I'm searching for just a few items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

3.0Overall: Order was a manual process for me. It required frequent updates, manual catalog additions, and manual catalog maintenance. Reporting was not accurate for financial analysis, it was not always user friendly due to the search function on the catalog, and in the end, it did not help us control our spend. It was helpful for updating budgets, made it easier for accounting due to the invoice process, and helped users buy on one platform (for the items they could find).
4.0Overall: This has allowed me to put some ordering responsibility on department heads themselves. Not worrying about office supplies has allowed me to create real cost savings for our organization. Also no more credit card statements to balance so bonus points for that.
5.0Overall: As with all rollouts, it was difficult in the beginning as there is alot to learn. But, now everyone is accustomed to the process and appreciates all of the record keeping features.
5.0Overall: As titled, it is functional and simple. I'm not sure what else I would need from a service like this.
