Phocas provides great insight about our business. Once the databases are set up the possibilities of reviewing different parts of the business is endless. We use Phocas in collaboration with our ERP system and most of the time, the synchronization between the two softwares are working fine. Should we come across with issues, the customer success team gets with us and react to our query within a short period of time, and provide us with alternatives, should we not be able to get the results how we originally wanted. It is great to use on a daily basis, and to review certain time periods, so that we can forecast more accurately for the upcoming months.
