5.0Pleo is great, very good user experience from day one! The app as well as the website, offer a great user experience. We have complete control over all expenses, and it's been easy to get everyone in the company onboarded and ready to use Pleo. Our finance department doesn't need to chase people for receipts and invoices, approval flowas are now streamlined. Pleo has helped us to reduce our overhead significantly! 5.0Pleo is very clear about its features and costs, it was easy to pick the right package for us. Due to the size of our organistaion (small business) we only needed a Physical and Virtual card for multiple (2) users without paying a monthly cost for features we dont use. We are using the free package which fulfills our current needs around expenses - Xero integration, Up to 3 users (free tier), addig expenses categories and uploading receipts in the easy to use webpage and app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0Email fwd never works, and I mean never! Blocks you and you cant get back in unless you go back to your admin, which isn't great when traveling in different time zones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

3.0Overall: Was the first expense tool we used an for low level of expenses it can be useful and cheap, but we were promised features that were never available, there were many bugs and it took a long time for technical support to fix it. Also when they made changes to the process they didnt inform us and we had to find out for ourself. For all these reasons we have switched to another tool
5.0Overall: Clarity from visibility of all transactions. Ability to know who spent what, and giving the staff physical cards has given the whole team a boost (as they feel like they have a part of Tokonatsu with them!) Very minor confusion at the start about PayPal card linking and usage fees, however this was sorted out so quickly and efficiently that we didn't notice any problems
