I really enjoy that multitude of facets rep.com has to offer. Being able to manage both of my property's online presences in one place is a huge benefit, especially for someone like me who manages 2 properties and needs to be able to toggle back and forth quickly, respond to multiple reviews and revie our social media. It is no error to Reputation, but I dislike that for this first year, the company only purchased the basic package. I do not have access to several features that I have learned about that will be beneficial to managing reviews, social media, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
