    Reputation has been a fantastic asset to our tech stack as a marketing agency. We use it daily to check in on reviews for our clients across all of their business locations. It makes review management easy and a quick daily task rather than a tedious one.     I don't like the score calculations, to be honest. It's too much of a black box to really understand where my score needs to go. Insights that are personalized, accurate, and true would be super helpful. Things like "you need this many reviews to offset one negative review" would be more helpful.
