    Service used to be excellent. Over the last few months, they've opted to service everyone from India, and the problems are rarely resolved and extremely difficult to communicate. I've submitted 4-5 job tickets and had multiple support sessions via chat but still nothing. And this is after they've contacted me via email to notify me that the problem was resolved! I've spent hours trying to resolve software issues on their end. I would NOT recommend them to anyone... Review collected by and hosted on
