4.5SAP Concur is one of the easiest tool I have been using for managing expenses, it is a comprehensive tool which simplifies expense reporting. I use SAP Concur frequently because It have user-friendly interface which makes it easy to upload receipts, track expenses and create reports. Especially mobile app is handy for on-the-go submission and management. Customer Support provides good customer support also when i had query or issue regarding usage of it. 4.0What i truly appreciate about SAP concur is it's user-friendly interface, making the reimbursement process a breeze. It's like having a personal assistant that simplifies everything, from submitting expense reports to tracking approvals. The mobile app adds a touch of convenience, allowing me to manage expenses effortlessly on the go. Overall, SAP concur transforms a potentially tedious task into seamless experience, making work life more efficient and stress-free. Great customer support as I use it mostly on the daily or weekly basis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5The receipt capture feature is very helpful, makes creating a new expense really easy. Overall the interface is simple and makes tracking expenses easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0This software is supposed to automattically track your miles as your drive. It does that maybe half of the time. Also frequently I have submitted reports for a certain amout of money and then reight before I hit submit that number decreases by hundreds of dollars. It makes NO sense. I am submitting things with receipts to back it up, and then the app changes the amount suddenly. Then I have to call costumer support and sit for an hour on the phone. Not ok. 0.0The milage tracking system really needs to be reviewed. It only picks up my milage on the auto feature about half of the time. It also flags any of my milage that is the same distance and another, even though I make the same routes daily so I drive the same distance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0The reason we went with Concur is because I used to use it a different company and thought it was good then. Taking pics of invoices and submitting was super easy. Now that I run my own small agency and had to actually dig into the back end, there is nothing intuitive or easy about the interface. My understanding is that when SAP purchased it, they completely changed the platform and made it worse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

10.0At my prior company where I assisted with implementing Concur Travel and Expense, all employees were using Concur Travel and Expense. The primary business problem it addressed was making the expense reimbursement process more streamlined.
Eliminates the need for mailing/faxing paper receipts. Reduces the amount of time spent on filling out paper reimbursement forms. Creates a method to keep track of outstanding expense requests without having to address via email.
10.0Concur Travel and Expense is the primary expense reimbursement tool used by our company. It is very robust and eliminates paper usage, and lost receipts. It also works well for managing company credit cards if implemented and effectively maintained. With proper implementation it allows us as a company to implement and maintain effective T&E policies and compliance. It has a great reporting tool to track spend. It is easy to edit, create and automate delivery. The reporting tool cut the hours spent on just running, formatting and emailing reports to several business partners by half an employee. It also works great for tracking spend and processing accruals.
Manages receipts really well..with appropriate rules. Reporting tool exceptionally great. Approval workflow and automated follow up. Tracking credit card usage and excessive spends.
10.0Concur was used for Expense management as well as Travel at both Omniture and Adobe. It was then integrated into SAP at both locations. It was used company wide by Omniture (ticker" OMTR) who was then bought by Adobe. Adobe like most other Fortune 500 companies was using Concur / SAP and that made transition all the better for both parties. Under the guidance of the CFO was asked to evaluate T/E software. I looked at the top five that were the most well known.
Integration in to Anything. Concur will integrate into almost any package in the world. Making manual journal entries from outside systems a thing of the past. There are a robust set of API's that will accommodate the quick books install and easily handle the SAP / Oracle install. Travel: Once your rules are in place for travel management Concur not only takes care of all the work, it will enforce the rules. If a flight is 500 dollars cheaper and it see that you still selected a flight with your preferred carrier, your superior is notified and you have to explain why. That's one feature that could pay for the install in most companies. Mobile: The mobile suite of products will impress anyone. The ease of use and simplistic yet elegant design of the mobile apps assure a high adoption rate by all. Workflow: Few competitors can rival Concur's rule based engine. These rules make things like SOX easy to evidence. Compliance: Audits can be cheaper and cost of concur used to offset them. How? Because concur can go directly to many of the vendors and provide evidence (Receipt) with out an end user being able to manipulate it, the sample sizes chosen in an audit will be smaller. That's a small item but there are many others that are too exhaustive for this review. Summed up though, the system is closed end to end from and audit POV and that means smaller samples can be taken and that results in a cheaper audit. All of the BIG FOUR firms are extremely familiar with Concur and that makes things easier as well. Our particular partner (ENY) already had scripts that could read from concur. Again, making it faster and cheaper for the audit. This is perhaps one of the areas that are most often overlooked.

3.0Overall: Generally positive experience during the sales process, in implementation, and while an active customer/user. Absolutely awful experience post-disconnect, which would keep me from ever considering SAP Concur as a partner again in the future. Unfortunately can't recommend SAP Concur for expense reporting.
5.0Overall: Our experience with SAP Concur was excellent, we are really looking forward to keep using it for future projects
4.0Overall: Moving from an excel based, far more manual process this has been a welcomed change.
5.0"SAP concur, a must have for expenses management fairly "
5.0"Robusta Tool for AP and AR Automation"
3.0"Expense management is made easy"
