Non abbiamo mai avuto particolari problemi e per le poche volte che abbiamo avuto bisogno di supporto, l'assistenza clienti stata rapida ed efficiente. Abbiamo utilizzato sempre il canale chat ed alcune volte per i casi pi complessi il supporto email. In entrambi i casi l'assistenza clienti stata rapida ed efficiente a risolvere i problemi.

    Overall: Ho risolto il problema di una classica carta monomarca di carburante a cui sei vincolato sia come importi del carburante sia come presenza stessa dei distributori in zona. Con la carta soldo possiamo fare rifornimento ovunque. Complessivamente un ottimo prodotto e ci troviamo molto bene.

    Overall: Ottima esperienza. Grandi vantaggi nella gestione dei costi dei dipendenti (trasferte di lavoro) ma anche nella gestione di tanti costi centrali (soprattutto fornitori digitali pagabili solo con carta).
