5.0Overall: I can give my staff their own company cards to make petty purchases like software or staff drinks. It's possible to set various types of limit on their card (I've not used this feature though) as I only put a small amount on each card at a time. The main benefit of this is that where I used to get weekly printed out expense forms with receipts stapled to them that I'd have to go through, photograph and reconcile in Xero, now my employees simply have to remember to take photos of their receipts and I can upload directly into Xero. Boom.
