Spendesk eliminated a very manual process of submitting expenses and invoices with docs and emails. Their platform is intuitive and interactive and actually kind of fun to use too. I can search for submitted expenses and request virtual credit cards for online payments. The process is transparent and secure too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inconsistent and incoherent policies. An app that can break down and lock you out anytime for no reason. Late receipts notifications for hotel pre-authorisations for stays that have not yet happened. Spendesk is not accepted by many taxis and restaurants as they have no merchant arrangement. So you have no confidence with the card, as it is a potluck, whether the card will be accepted, or if it will work or if the app will work. Not the ideal situation when travelling in unknown foreign countries or entertaining important customers. If I have to take a customer to dinner now, I call the restaurant in advance to see if they accept Spendesk. Or put the charge on my card instead, which defeats the purpose of having a Spendesk card.
