A consistent and easy to deploy software platform that works great for our customers. Professional user portal that gives the end users an intuitive tool to manage their own call routing, voicemail, and sending of faxes. Easy for our support team to view end user accounts and phone registration. I love that special calling scripts can be added at any time and allow us to meet most of our customer's crazy expectations

What I like the best about Thirdlane Connect is that it is not just a video conferencing tool to connect with your team but it also works as a CRM and that is what gives it an edge over its competitors. The chat, video call/conferencing is very smooth, never had an issue with this. I don't really dislike anything about it, however; what I feel that this application is lacking is the "self-explanatory" part. At first, it is very hard to hard to understand where to go to perform certain tasks. Connecting with my team virtually and getting and being able to share screens with them.
