For the short time I was running a small YouTube channel, TubeRanker provided a basic tier of tags and keywords via a tag and keyword generator. That is honestly the extent of their $20 plan. There is no inisghtful data provided, just aggregated data that is most likely coming from another third party software into their platform.

I have been unable to cancel my plan. In their terms of use and user agreement, there is a big disclaimer: You can not cancel your plan via email or phone. I have made multiple attempts to cancel my monthly membership through the site, and nothing has happened. I am directed to a dead link each time. I have been waiting for a response via email regarding the issue for over two business days, and I was still billed, despite the site claiming you can cancel anytime.

Horrible. There is no customer support. No phone number, no one to contact. I have used the automated chat pop up on their website, and no one has resoponded or helped with the grave error on their site which is preventing me from cancelling my plan. At this point, I feel this is a fraudulent service and I would advise anyone that is considering this service to go elsewhere.
