It also allows us to track and monitor keywords and page groups while implementing new strategies from any quick win suggestions. The new Content Advisor feature has aided us in providing more indepth data and content to our article team and has been a success so far. I love the Instant tab. This is where you can see what keywords a certain website is ranking for that may not be on your focus keyword list. Keywords can constantly fluctuate and periodically checking back on this is very helpful. Content Advisor is amazing. Unfortunately the whole platform is a fail and it's incredible overpriced. I discovered SEM Rush six months into our Brightedge contract and stoped using Brightedge. We will not be resigning with Brightedge-- no value to the customer beyond what is available. Support is OK but the product needs to be significantly improved. BrightEdge gives important data and marketing analysis to understand your performance metrics. You can define KPI's and try to understand their performance with BrightEdge. Keyword tracking helps you analyze your performance and it's outputs.

Did not provide what was promised, despite an enormous annual subscription fee (esp relative to competitors like Ahrefs). Tried to enforce auto-renewal and hid behind legal team, despite good faith notice. They are not ethical people.

The implementation team did not seem to really know what was going on. The sales process made the implementation seem like a breeze. We were also lead to believe that the tool was a lot more intelligent than it turns out. It has taken us over 3 months just to get things set up and have seen no value. The support ends up being workarounds instead of legitimate solutions. Also, the service just doesn't work well, almost every time I use Brightedge it crashes, the UX is horrible and clumsy, and it requires so much manual entry.

BrightEdge is used in our SEO and marketing department. It has resolved a myriad of issues that we were having with our ability to aggregate and analyze data in a retroactive manner. BrightEdge isn't the cheapest SEO tool out there, but it sure has every single one of the bells and whistles.

BrightEdge is used by our Marketing Team for SEO. We have been using BrightEdge for almost a year. Our main goal is for BrightEdge is to help us optimize our webpages for Google search in order to increase our rankings, be found more often by potential customers and drive more visitors to our website.
The set up / implementation was rushed and, in our case, not completed correctly, which caused many issues down the road. Once you make changes to website based on the Recommendations in BrightEdge and wait for the weekly crawl, the Recommendations, many times, don't fall off of your queue, so you waste a lot of time researching things that were already completed. If you want to change a large number of preferred landing pages around after the initial set up, it's a very manual process.

Overall: My overall experience with BrightEgde tool has been great when it comes to usability of its interface and the search analytics it provides once the integration with Adobe Analytics tool is successfully implemented. I was able to get quick insights into factors or search signals which are impacting our e-commerce website's organic rankings on Google.com and Bing.com. Based on those insights, I was able to suggest content and internal linking changes to improve product relevant traffic and conversions which lifted the ROI of site.
