Our company uses Woopra on a daily basis to gather insights that we can't find anywhere else. We're able to blend custom journery reporting (what pages users interacted with) along with user attributes that are merged together from Stripe, BigQuery and a number of other sources. This insight helps us make key business decisions on a continual basis. Along with this Woopra's support is always there for us if we run into any roadblocks. It has bugs in form elements which makes the new report UI and makes it hard to filter certain actions. It's not a ver user friendly program and loading things can take a long time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If there is a software that focus on individual users, Woopra is stands. It gives accurate insightful tracking and limitless customized reporting. While giving you behaviour analytics, it allows you to identify users by name or emails, making it easier to map out the end-to-end user process. Regardless of the platform a user logs in from, data can still be merged and a complete history of engagement will recorded.
