Writer helps me outline and plan blog posts quite easily. I also like the 'recap' feature, which recaps content based on audio or video recordings. With Writer, I can develop content efficiently and use my extra time to focus on more strategic work (content planning and marketing strategy, etc.). I keep the Write Chrome extension and the Writer Mac app on 24/7, so it keeps my writing strong and crisp every time I open my MacBook Pro. I was working in Writer before ChatGPT became available, and I'm still working in Writer. The "write more" feature is one of my favorites, as are the templates - they make things so easy. I have used many other genAI tools, and I still come back to Writer. I love the recaps builder. For daily use - I use it constantly while writing - built into all of my apps. There's nothing out there that compares to Writer at the enterprise level - being able to train it on your data and have style guides at the ready - can't touch that. In the blog writer, I wish we could prioritize the items in an outline, and tell writer how to weigh outline points. Sometimes I feel like writer develops more content around less important paragraphs and/or topics, and I'd like to be able to tell the platform which paragraph(s) to keep short and which to expand upon. The Twitter Dev team is as excited as any team at Twitter about the efficiencies Qordoba offers. At Twitter, we’re using the Qordoba API to integrate Qordoba with our proprietary strings management platform. Content strategists can now write, score, revise, request feedback and approval, and select to complete a string, all within the platform. With a status of Complete, the Qordoba API then pushes the strings to our proprietary strings management platform, which in turn pushes strings to our production environments, slashing the amount of time engineers spend writing, updating, and wrangling the strings in the code. Qordoba is not a generic style guide. On top of standard spelling, grammar and usage checks, Qordoba lets us add the custom rules of our brands' particular style decisions, word choices, inclusivity guidance, etc. to fit our customer experience. And with ML it gets even more valuable over time. It's flexible and scalable. You can use while writing anything in Google or go deep and integrate it with GitHub to check product UI text strings. It has an extended ecosystem of plug-ins into design apps and content translation. It's useful for our non-writers and expert pro's alike. The support from Qordoba is super responsive. They act on suggestions and requests like partners who are invested in our success.

The software UI is a little confusing at first, and it was difficult to figure out what exactly to do at first. It wasn't until I spoke with a customer support representative that I finally figured out what I needed to do to create rules and understand the difference between the Writing Style and Grammar tools. I don't think the software itself does a good enough job explaining how to use the more definitive features without getting on the phone with someone.

Writer is the best tools when it comes to language or tone of the whole team. You can chose and monitor the words how they are being used by your team in organization. If any document is being written by your team, it automatically corrects the spelling mistakes and give the reader feel like entire document is written by a single person.

Regarding what Writer does, I can say as a first instance it makes my work easier when making my forms, sealing and inserting what I want to implement. As a second place when it comes to directing me through a business document, you have the option of the synonym search engine and automatic correction. As a third example, I would say that Writer makes my work easier, is easy to use[,] and saves versions of the same document.

Or we had out-of-date stuff that would require engineers to change, which would take forever. Writer solves this problem by providing a single, simple interface to our Git repositories.
My favorite aspect is how clear and accurate the sections for the many components of style are. They are thought-provoking in the sense that you don't always analyze the significance of where a comma is used or the capitalization of a word - until it becomes a problem. Creating our own language, typical blunders, and prohibited phrases.

There is some setup required to get your word lists in there, adjust your editing style, and set up typical errors, but otherwise it works similarly to other programs (but worth it in my opinion). Their web editor loses formatting, which several team members have complained about. However, formatting is properly retained in GDocs, Word, and the Chrome extension. I have to write a lot of FAQs for my field force and Writer helps me write them fast and without mistakes. Forget writer's block, we all face situations when we face a difficulty writing proper grammar. Spelling is another time killer when you are typing. You have to go back to each mistake, select and correct the mistake. With Writer, I can do all these from my side panel and instantly. So I am confident even when sending my writing to my management, as I know Writer has my back.
The suggestion tool seemed a little slow. I don't think it's my internet as I saw it both from my home and office. Web text boxes created some trouble for me as I couldn't correct my mistakes from the prompt. I had to use the side panel Writer should take note of Grammarly. I really liked it when Grammarly tells me whether my writing tone is optimistic, or formal
