4.5The support during implementation and post implementation has been amazing. Even when we were having challenges Bright pattern has been open about making changes in the future to meet our needs. 1.5There is so much that needs to be improved. The layout of a long back and forth email string is confusing. There is no way to enter in pre set signatures to easily and quickly response to emails. Bright Pattern will log me out often. It has logged me out up to 6 times in one shift. If I am on a call when this happens, it hangs up on the person and we have no way of retrieving the call information to be able to call them back. There is no way to easily find emails. I cannot even find emails I have previously sent, so if for any reason I need to recall an email, I can't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

2.5Sometimes it's hard to determine how to do things since documentation is very sketchy. I also have an issue on the amount of time it takes to return with an answer to an issue, yes you get an instant response with a ticket but getting the answer is the problem. 10.0We are a reseller of the Bright Pattern Cloud Contact Centre in South Africa. It has brought cloud contact centers with full features to our region and assisting is offering reliable WFH solutions to clients. Around the region, we have many industries using the platform with ease and it has also transformed the way these companies do business with their clients.
10.0Bright Pattern is used as a hosted contact center offering to our clients as well as used internally for our outsourced contact center offering. It is a great solution for many small to mid-market contact centers, based on the licensing model, looking to get away from cumbersome solutions. I have performed greater than forty Agent/Supervisor/Admin classes and I haven't had a single trainee that did not grasp the concepts by the end. Bright Pattern solves for so many of the ancillary pieces needing to be easily modified by an internal admin that many contact centers do not consider when selecting their next platform. It is a platform that enables internal contact center admins the ability to implement something without needing a developer to accomplish the task.

10.0During the last year, Contact Center became a powerful platform to support the growing needs of information from customers. We started with a small department and then expanded the experience to more critical areas of our company. Now we have recurrent customers that use the platform in their day-to-day activities. Also, Bright Pattern has a professional team for successful implementation of Contact Center in a record time, then the ROI is really above the average.

5.0its the personal touch that matters and the pride they have for their system. I am the sort of person who always asks "what if " or "could we" and they help me get those questions answered. and if its not there to be added or done i know it will be at some point. nothing is to hard for them to do and the relationship i have developed with the team is like nothing i experienced with Aspect, Genesys or not so NICE. The so called better are really just bigger companies who have lost sight of the personal touch and truly working with clients
5.0I love Bright Pattern, from the beginning the demo was great, explained things in great detail. As we moved our services over to them they have been super easy to work with.
