    Qualtrics is very dynamic in a way that allows different kinds of survey styles and attachments that make it versatile and it's usability wide.     Qualtrics allows for detailed, customizable surveys that work well both for creation of a survey and for data analyzation. I use it for academics, work, and for personal/social uses. The many features allow for clean, simplified ways to ask questions that would otherwise seem messy and take up way too much space in a survey if done on any other platform.     Data doesn't load or delete when asked. It takes hours or days for something to update, which is super irritating. I hate the response cap when other platforms don't utilize this. You can't share dashboard with a copy paste link, so you need to pay for logins, which is only so limited. Despite the underlying motivations of Qualtrics, I see this as greedy and/or poorly optimized for commercial use without breaking the bank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    I dislike the lack of response to our repeated attempts for help. We did not just say this was a bad experience and walk away. We repeatedly asked for support and have yet to receive it in an adequate fashion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Livello di personalizzazione dei sondaggi altissimo - praticamente possibile inserire qualsiasi tipo di domanda in qualsiasi formato. Apprezzo molto l'implementazione dei workflow, che permettono azioni automatizzate ogni volta che viene compiuta un'azione - dalle cose pi semplici, come una notifica mail ogni volta che si riceve una risposta, a cose pi complesse come l'inserimento di dati nei database. Un plauso particolare all'assistenza via chat che veramente sul pezzo e molto efficiente.

    Our organization uses Qualtrics to collect various forms of data (product evaluation, market research, customer experience research, academic research, etc.). We rely heavily on Qualtrics to gather data quickly and respond efficiently to important questions to those we service.
    User friendly interface that allows multiple employees to contribute with little to no training investment. A variety of customization options for developing surveys and managing collected data. A skilled support staff that is both knowledgable and friendly.

    Qualtrics is used across different schools/departments at Ithaca College for many different reasons. I am in the school of music and we use it to gather feedback on evaluations, to gather data on different issues/programs, assessments and juries, for the students to sign up for auditions (in conjunction with Sign Up Genius), just to mention a few! I am basically looking at anything we currently are using paper to gather info and move it to Qualtrics. This has helped tremendously with being able to use the data gathered and print reports. Before I was part of this department they spent many hours retyping in answers from papers that were handwritten to get into Excel or Word documents. Using Qualtrics eliminates all that time in manpower hours of retyping plus there is no guessing on the handwriting!

    We use Qualtrics to conduct evaluation studies of the programs we develop. We also use it for marketing surveys for existing programs and programs that we are getting ready to launch to the public.
    Qualtrics is very easy to use. It is intuitive and can't be "broken", no matter how hard you try. Qualtrics support is fantastic! They are always available via email or phone and work hard to resolve any problems I may encounter. FYI - those problems are almost exclusively from user error! The new platform is easy to transition to. I love seeing the new features and am getting used to the new features.

    We've been using Qualtrics for over 8 years now. As a boutique market research firm, we were looking for a full-featured online survey tool that was also cost effective. We were impressed with everything Qualtrics had to offer right off the bat, and I've continued to be impressed with the innovations and improvements they've deployed over the years. Our one complaint is that the price has crept up over the years to the point that it's significantly higher than we were paying 4-5 years ago. But that being said, we have yet to find another survey software that is as fully-featured and easy to use as Qualtrics.

    This tools is fantastic for working with our Faculty and Researchers. They expect in-depth analysis and appreciate the power of Qualtrics. Our staff and administrative personnel have all learned to use Qualtrics and most of my co-workers find it easy to use and can adapt it to their various needs. This is a great option for anyone looking for a variety of analytics for surveying, and can be adapted to simpler projects as well.

    Overall, Qualtrics CoreXM is a great platform for surveys, application forms, and research. There are so many embedded features, such as the ability to add a signature to the form, add questions that require file uploads, and different question types. It is definitely better than Google Forms or Microsoft Forms.

    Qualtrics offers a nice dashboard that shows all of your current projects. It is intuitive to create new projects and offers a diverse array of options for those projects. However, I find that it is not as easy to create "advanced" projects in Qualtrics as in other software.

    If you use Qualtrics to the point of having many surveys, be ready to spend significant time exporting them should you ever have a lapse in your subscription, or simply want a copy of your own data. Each survey requires a set of mouse clicks to export, and another set to export the data. Then, should you restart your service, get ready to do the same all over again to import your surveys! Data-portability in this product is too impractical to use. My advice: never get locked-in by looking e...
