    I use Bright Pattern Contact Center for my contact center, it's an amazing experience starting for the implementation, in 4 days i have 100 positions 100% up and completely integrated with my own web crm. In the last years we love the help page and the apis for customization for AI, digital contacts, reporting and all that our imagination can be building for help to transform my customer experience and agents.
