I think the cost is somewhat high for the service and we had to do some troubleshooting when getting it set up. Once we got it working, it was fairly easy to update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really its was more one on one coaching system to now all the different function and how to use all the tools that commentsold offers. Sometimes its over whelming when you look at all the function and trying to see if you are missing out on something.

We use CommentSold for live sales and for our app. CommentSold allows us to send push notifications directly to our customers to stay top of mind. In addition, the live sale feature helps our customers have a fairly simple checkout process.

The benefits this service has given me is more than I can list. I recommend it to anyone who asks and has a high enough monthly sales volume to afford. I may have started before my sales volume was as high as intended for a service that takes a %, but the time it saves me is very much worth those minimal fees.
