Oh and of course since WP makes 30% of the internet, virtually any data platform out there will have connectors to sync your WOO data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use WooCommerce as a robust integration with WordPress. In general, the software is user-friendly and a shop can be operated and run as a non-developer. Its wide range of customisable features and extensions make it ideal for my e-commerce needs. Due to the large community, you find quickly help or resources like training videos or forums. Thanks to its open source environment it has the best online support. The robust support for sales statistics across various timeframes and the effortless transition between physical and digital product creation, along with its extensive integration capabilities with shipping, inventory, CRM, and email marketing applications, truly redefine the online retail experience. Its ability to transform websites into cost-effective, versatile online stores while offering an extensive array of connections remains its unparalleled strength, making WooCommerce an invaluable asset for businesses seeking an efficient, adaptable e-commerce solution. Platform is very slow, constant updates. The core platform was updated causing a plugin I had paid for not to work, there only answer was pay again so you have the latest version. Took no responsibility for causing the plugin to break. Don't expect them to be concerned about users on older versions, seems like the update the core platform to cause paid for plugins to not work so you have to keep paying for a subscription. Compared to that, a $40/month subscription to a cloud-based hosted web store platform doesn't seem so bad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

WooCommerce is not an enterprise solution. It doesn't integrate well with other systems (parcel tracking, payment, inventory) and as far as I know, doesn't allow for basic things like returns and partial order returns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use WooCommerce as a plug-in to our WordPress site. All of our customer orders are processed inside of WooCommerce. We handle everything from the initial order to shipping from that plugin.

We currently use WooCommerce, with sales disabled, as a product portfolio and information provider at our website. Our clients need to ask for a quote in order to buy it but we do plan to activate the e-commerce function in the near future. Our website is currently in 9 different languages and we offer our products in more than 90 countries.
Quick and easy e-commerce website for companies of any size. Scalability and integration, being part of Wordpress make adding new functions to your page a breeze. Easy integration with translation plugins, making a multi-language website easy to build.

We have built an online parts store to sell hundreds of products through an online shop. The whole Export department works with this shop and it saves us so much time vs. the conventional method of quoting parts via email and doing the whole quoting/freight/shipping/invoicing/payment process via back-and-forth email correspondence. The benefits are a streamlined, uniform and professional business process.

Overall, I recommend WooCommerce for small eCommerce websites that seek to grow sales and increase their marketing campaigns online. I think it is helpful for allowing eCommerce to a level that small businesses can accommodate.

We've used woocommerce for years to manage our inventory and sell our goods, merch, and services. It's been very helpful, particularly for anything we need to ship.

I've been using WooCommerce (and it's family of add-ons) for a long time now, and I couldn't be happier. I've actually taken it one step further, and I've started offering private client portals on my site to all of my customers who make purchases via my WooCommerce store. I do this by implementing a great plugin called [WP-Client](https://wp-client.com/) in conjunction with Woo. It basically lets my customers make purchases and register as customers on my site, and then they are automatically ...

This is the simplest self-hosted cart system out there. Magento is arguably more feature-full but it's a total nightmare to use and setup... way too many options. Woo has a balance of power and usability that's great for getting started and even scaling to medium size e-commerce operations. Plus, there's a huge plugin library that even includes many core Wordpress plugins that have applicable e-commerce uses.
