I'm a zoho developer and I have configured zoho commerce already for multiple clients. I personally like this platform for it is easy to setup and doesn't need/require a coding expercience. Our clients like this app for it has a very good pricing where you can choose to get the cheapest one and still benifits to the advance features of the platform. We always had a traditional method of receiving orders and providing stock availability to our wholesale customers, via email and phone calls. This resulted in a very time-consuming and costly process for our company. With Zoho Commerce, our customers are now able to see the stock status of our products in real-time and place their orders without having to call us. Also, Zoho Commerce need to have a dedicated customer care toll free call facility as well as real time chat facility like their other products. Zoho Commerce is a customer facing software (unlike Books) hence it becomes critical to get support from Zoho team.
