It has an interface that is quite attractive to the eye and has a very functional design, which allows interaction with the interface to be quite simple. The quality of the audio and video is something really impressive, which makes communication quite fluid, this was ideal for my events since it allowed me to hold seminars and conferences online without major complications. This also allowed me to conduct live video conferences quite successfully. The price can be somewhat high for companies that are just starting. Adding it can improve customer service for a virtual chat since what it has is very slow and the necessary responses are urgent, but the rest is complete software. When I was notified that the quarantine was going to be extended, changing my events from face-to-face to virtual turned out to be a priority to be able to continue with the planning that I had already established, previously I had used other programs to hold events virtually, but none had given me good results, however with Crowdcast I was able to work quite well in my events, all with a good connection and stability throughout the event, allowing a more fluid and efficient development of the event, I recommend the use of this system openly to all those who are in the field of event organization and want to migrate their events to a digital platform. We are so happy to read you have enjoyed your experience thus far Vivaka! As we continue to grow as a company, working to keep costs low becomes essential to remaining true to our user base.

I like the quality of the Audio and Video during the Video conferencing. When I have to arrange a virtual conferencing platform for large attendees during the Padamic, It is a lifesaver for me that time because of its feature to allow many number of participants to the meet. I found only few things to worry like it need more internet as it is providing good quality and some disturbances like notification sound when someone is enters or leaves. I found it should add some more features to be added. Allowing more attendees to meetings from all over the world is the best thing that saves me during the pandemic. So that we can collaborate with any person from anywhere. It is having the high quality of Audio and Video, and features like screen sharing, Livechat etc. are really good. We are so happy to read you have enjoyed your experience thus far Vineetha! As we continue to grow as a company, working to keep costs low becomes essential to remaining true to our user base. It's very user friendly to access. I've been able to give simple instructions to a few non-tech people that were involved with the conference calls. I have used both at work and with a local cat rescue that I volunteer with to do virtual phone calls, especially during COVID when not easy to meet in person. Highly recommend. I honestly don't have much to say regarding disliking. Overall it's a great service and I highly recommend it to others. Working in a small business it's been a life saver. Highly recommend them. Very easy to use and helps with larger conference calls. The ability to have larger conference calls than what we could do through our current phone system in our office. It's a great service that is easy to use. Our business performance has enhanced because it saves time from having to try to meet in person all the time, which usually equals driving to another location. Hello Danielle and thank you for reviewing our service. Please feel free to email our customer care team at support@freeconferencecall.com to learn how you can utilize our video recording feature for free!

I don't use Freeconferencecall.com very often, but the times I've used it, it's worked pretty well. The ability to call directly into the conference and NOT have to enter a giant string of letters and numbers to access it is great. Plus not needing to THEN enter ANOTHER access code as a 'caller' to identify you to other callers once you're finally in the call. The connection isn't the best most of the time, but it's hard to know whether that's the service itself, or other callers' connections. Obviously a good (or bad) signal/reception will either help or hurt your ability to be connected to the call. And when you're in the car it's very hard to hear/understand the others on the call. Not needing to enter an access code to get on the call, and then entering yet ANOTHER code to be identified is GREAT! Definitely worth your consideration for organizing recurring or last-minute calls! It's easy to set up a conference call with multiple people this way. People can call in directly and don't have to spend a bunch of time entering a long string of letters, numbers, or access codes. That makes it WAY easier to ensure all necessary parties are on the call, and makes it easier to log into the call on time when you're calling in. Thank you for reviewing our service, we truly appreciate your honest feedback! I liked that you can hold long /extended meetings with multiple participants and record them. Since Zoom has the 40-minute limit for more than two people and Google Meet won't let free or basic accounts record, I thought this would be a good option since it allows you to bypass those issues. I was using this for a mastermind group of five women and we wanted to record the meetings when someone couldn't be present so they would still be caught up with everyone and feel in the loop. We ALWAYS had technical issues. Literally, for months we tried using this software but each and every time we all tried to login there was one issue or another. Someone's the code didn't work. Someone else would have software issues. Someone else's screen suddenly wouldn't turn on so they had to just listen. It was just over and over again, and the first 10-15 minutes of every meeting would be trouble-shooting. We just couldn't deal with it anymore and one of us bought a Zoom plan to facilitate. Free came with a lot of cost in this instance. In this instance, we were a mastermind group of friends who all had our own businesses and wanted to build community and learn from each other. So, we wanted to do twice-monthly video calls to stay connected. But there were five of us, and Zoom has the 40-minute limit with more than two people. Then we thought about Google Meet but we couldn't record the sessions for those that missed to catch up later. So, someone suggested Free Conference Call since both barriers would be removed. We thought this would be a great solution, but it was not and we gave up after lots of technical issues over the course of several months.

The concept that I can join into online meetings and not have to worry about paying for any extra toll expenses is nice. It gives you the sense that you are getting a product with no strings attached What is the purpose of having this service if most times video conferences are performed through work wi-fi or home wi-fi? I do not understand why this service exists. It's a freemium concept that charges for backgrounds, extra amenities. It's like an Apple app. It's free to download but that is where it ends. When you put the word free in your website address, you already have a pro This product is not worth the hassle of learning and other better products could be used. I don't think I am solving any problems that could not have been performed with a better product like Zoom, Google Hangouts, or Facetime. This product is redundant and unnecessary.

I chose FreeConferenceCall.com because it gave me exactly what I needed: an inexpensive platform to conduct a group prayer call. This service was easy to set up, easy to use, and until recently, free. I did not research any other services extensively because FreeConferenceCall.com gave me exactly what I needed and for years worked perfectly, until recently, when my callers had difficulty dialing in and were repeatedly bumped off. And the true issue for me is when I called customer support to inquire, the rep gave me a nonsense answer blaming the problems on a law that was passed. I knew that answer made no sense.
FreeConferenceCall.com, when working as advertised, is perfect for the daily prayer call I used it for and until recently I have been very happy with the quality and reliability of the service. It's perfect for quick, group calls where video is not required (as I stated, until recently, the service was perfect for my daily prayer call needs). My real issue is with the utter lack of transparency around the truth about the problems I'm experiencing--namely, due to various state statues recently changing, which now prevents FreeConferenceCall.com from collecting a revenue share for free calls placed through certain hubs; I believe local carriers FreeConferenceCall.com are now causing these service issues in order to extort users to buy a paid service for $4.95 per month in order to replace the revenue share FreeConferenceCall.com lost as a result of the recent legal changes. The paid service fee is not much--$4.95/month. Its not the amount of the fee I object to, it's the lack of transparency about the true causes of the service problems, the abdication of any responsibility on the part of FreeConferenceCall.com, and blaming the service problems entirely on local service providers rather than just admitting FreeConferenceCall.com can't receive a revenue share anymore, so to receive quality service now you have to pay.
Until recently, ease of use Until recently, reliability Free cost Detailed call reports
Recently callers cannot get onto the call Users on the call get bumped off Non-transparent policy about why problems are occurring. If FreeConferenceCall.com can't reliably provide free service, just tell me that rather than blaming it on a law that changed and local carriers causing the problems. The real problem is that the law did recently change, which allowed companies like FreeConferenceCall.com to collect a revenue share for all calls placed through certain hubs--even free calls. This loophole was removed recently, and I believe the service issues I've been experiencing are being used to extort users to buy a paid service in order to receive trouble-free service. I've used Zoom when other people have selected the platform for video conferences. I've never installed and set it up but as a user calling in, I always thought it seemed a little clunky. I know it's become the standard, but I was never wow-ed by it. FreeConferenceCall.com though always seemed very streamlined to me though And not only that - they do have the word "Free" in their name, which makes it an easy choice to start with.
It's a simple to use video conferencing meeting platform. If someone can't join on video, the audio-only (call-in) option works great just as well. It works well in any scenario where meeting in person is not an option and video conference is necessary. The only time the free version is limiting is when every meeting needs to be recorded and saved. With the free version, you have up to a 1 GB limit on saved meetings. So after a short amount of time you run out of room. If you will need to save all your video conferences then a paid account will be necessary.
Ease of setup - There is an installer and software does need to be installed on the computer but it's incredibly easy and simple to get started. Inviting meeting participants is incredibly easy from within the application. Either a link can be copied into a regular email or a list of email addresses can be input and you can send a single invitation to everyone as once. The video and audio clarity are great (assuming everyone has a good internet connection). FreeConferenceCall.com is also good at determining who is talking and placing that image at the forefront during the meeting.
Browser-based option. It would be great if there were no need to install the software. A browser or cloud-based option with no local component needed would be great. A higher GB limit on saving recorded meetings on the free version. Currently, it is at 1 GB which is a little low. I understand that of course, they need to make money, but with the cost of memory being so low these days, while the quality, and thereby memory usage, goes up, more than 1 GB should be standard. This may be available in the paid version, but screen sharing would also be great (if it's possible in the free version then I just haven't figured out how to do it).

We use FreeConferenceCall.com daily within our company. We have two dedicated numbers for sales calls, and information gathering calls for programs that we have already booked. It allows us to have a group connect remotely via one number. It allows us also to record calls for those attendees who aren't able to make it so they can review later.
I think that FreeConferenceCall.com is well suited for anyone, really. They do a great job at providing options for all types of scenarios-from basic phone calls to now offering the video conference. The only time I think that it might not be as advantageous to use is when there are only 2 people that are needing to connect-in that case it's just as easy to direct dial.
The online portal to access call details and recordings is very easy to use. The functions that are offered beyond the free plan are competitive with other providers. I feel that our calls are secure with our own personal access codes and the same number always being used.
It would be nice to be able to find recordings in one place rather than having to scroll through the history of calls. International Calls could be easier to navigate. There are a lot of marketing emails that go out via email. It would be nice to have fewer.

All complaints about UI aside, the best part of FreeConferenceCall.com is its simplicity. It's quick and easy for anyone with basic phone experience (i.e. almost everyone)-we call in, we enter a PIN, and then we're conferencing). What's more, it's reliable. We haven't experienced a single instance of needing to use the service and it not being available. While other conferencing solutions offered more features, FreeConferenceCall.com won out for us due to its ease-of-use, pricing structure, and consistency/reliability.
FreeConferenceCall.com's consistency and reliability are the most important aspects of its offerings. Our team has used FreeConferenceCall.com every Wednesday morning for the last three years. After an initial account setup that took maybe 10 minutes, we have been able to use the service without fail week over week. We call in to the same number every week, enter the same PIN code, and we get to enjoy free, clear communications with our entire team no matter where they are. There are many conferencing solutions out there, but FreeConferenceCall.com has been the most reliable, easiest-to-use platform we've ever experienced.
The user interface isn't great, if I'm being honest. We actually just learned that there are several really great features (video conferencing, recording features, etc) that would have been awesome to know about a year or two ago, but the platform doesn't do a great job of messaging those options clearly. It seems like a non-answer to say the thing I like least is the fact that they have more features than I realized, but this really is a negative for me. There have been many times since we started using FreeConferenceCall.com when a video and recording solution would have made our lives better, and instead we had to find other, more expensive alternatives simply because the extent of FreeConferenceCall.com's feature offerings weren't clear.

I am part of a large group and we use FreeConferenceCall.com for our monthly meeting. What I like most about it is that if you prefer to do video conferencing, its available with no hassle setup. My overall experience has been excellent which is why FreeConferenceCall.com is always my first conferencing choice.
FreeConferenceCall.com is a stress free conferencing service that has quickly become an important communication tool in my world. I have used it to communicate with family, church groups, membership associations and the office. Whether your preference is conference call or video conferencing, the options are limitless which makes it an optimal communication tool. With unlimited users, it is a great resource for large groups. I love it because no money or credit card is required, just an email and a password so, you do not have to enter into a binding contract. Additionally, Free ConferenceCall.com can be used without being interrupted by advertisements, pauses and annoying noise. The service is excellent, the quality of the call is extremely good. Its not just a business tool and can be used to communicate with family and friends when you want everyone on the same page. Is there anything else? No, FreeConferenceCall.com has my trust and loyalty.
What I like least about FreeConferenceCall.com is that there could be more clarity of the functions. Other than that I have been satisfied every time I have used it.

I was happy with the service. If we didn't end up running into issues with dialing in, I'm sure we would still be using it today. In retrospect, it may have been worth it to contact their customer support. If all you need are basic, telephonic, conference calls, I would suggest using this product. Its free, so at least give it a try before signing up for a paid service.
Our law firm used this software for upwards of two years (me, for approximately one year), and generally speaking it worked well. You are provided with a call in number that is always yours, and always available for conference calls. This way, as long as your save that number, you can easily organize conference calls without having to generate new numbers for each teleconference meeting. Best of all, the service is free. While free services often bombard you with ads, special offers, etc., FreeConferenceCall did not.
The reason we eventually stopped using FreeConferenceCall was because one of attorney's office phones was no longer able to enter the teleconferences. He would continuously enter his pin to no avail. The service generally worked on our other phones, and on his cellphone, but occasionally we would experience the same issue on our other phones. Additionally, there are better services (that you must pay for unfortunately) for screen sharing/more technologically advanced style meetings.

I like this program overall, but it still has a few problems that need to be worked out. I think it may be better when there are not as many people using it all over the world, but it will suffice for what I need it for at this time. I like that it chimes or rings every time a new person joins the call, but that can be disruptive to anyone that is speaking when it happens. There also seems to be a lot of feedback or noises in the background that others can hear. This may have happened because of the amount of people on our call though. I tried it again later in the day with only one other person on the call and it seemed much better.
I like that after you complete a conference call, you receive an email stating how long the call you were on the conference call. It is nice because I can keep track of the amount of time I spend on each call. I also like that I could use my personal cell phone to join the call and I didn't need anything more than the call number to join my meeting.
We tried to have a conference call with a lot of people last week and it stopped letting people in the call after approximately 25 people were participating. This was a problem for us because half of our staff members were unable to be part of the call. We were able to make a second call and repeat our meeting, but it was more work than necessary.

After using multiple diff conference call software for our global teams and global clients, we started using FreeConferenceCall a few years back and never looked back! Thanks to this software, we have a great product that we are very happy with.
Many of the older platforms were proving more complex and less user friendly. We used a few different ones over the years, but were never completely happy with any of them; either due to lacking desktop extensions, phone apps, unique phone numbers etc.
Extremely easy to use. We use this successfully for dispersed remote teams across diff continents. It's simple and easy, and we don't encounter connection trouble. The custom unique phone number for incoming calls also makes it so convenient. Very convenient Desktop and iPhone app - really makes it very easy to use, streamlined to my workflow, and non-disruptive. The team at FreeConferenceCalls is personable and care about their users.
I honestly have not compared it to other software since I started using FreeConferenceCall a few years ago. I don't have any negative feedback . Also their team is amazing and they are always open to suggestions.

I have had the best experience here. For the passed 4 years i have never thought of changing for another software.
The best and most important thing about this sofware is that it is totally free to use. Apart from that, I always make around 2hours of conference meetings without any interference and they allow me to record all my meetings for free. I also like the fact that they give us a free dial in number to use for a specific country for inviting people into the meeting. There is a new feature on the software that allows us to upload our own videos and broadcast them to different platforms. I think that is one of the best features because you dont have to go out of the software and search for third parties to broadcast your stuff. Another good feature is the one that allows us to share the white screen. For people with educational purposes, this is the feature that will best work on their interest and make their work very professional.
One problem i encountered is that i can not download my recording offline for free. And again, you can not change through different themes. they only have one theme.
