It just gives me an extra edge when optimizing my content. Suggest extra KWs, gives me additional insights. Also, SERP results are great also. Excel export is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What makes MarketMuse stand out from the competition is the quality of data it brings back during the research. Unlike other tools, MarketMuse focuses on topics and clusters, not individual keywords. This approach simplifies content writing and helps me create better content faster. I especially enjoy the simplicity of the Optimize application and its Related Topics section. I don't think there's another tool with such an amount of data. I recently started using MarketMuse to help our business refine posts on our blog. We were drawing decent web traffic for several key terms and phrases, but we also felt like we could do better. Using the tools available within MarketMuse, we could easily see how to refresh our content (or add new content) to better align with what people are searching for answers. I believe this is a win-win. We draw better, more focused traffic to our site, and users more quickly find the information which they find helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform is so BUGGY! The system is frequently down or malfunctioning. It seems like they weren't truly ready to take on customers, but did anyway. At this point, I feel more like a tester than a user. I was really excited to use the Build Brief feature, thinking it would save me time outlining topics for my freelancers, but it's really not very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I found MarketMuse very complex to learn. It takes a while to figure out where to find all the tools, and the steps needed in each case. Creating Briefs is complex and the templates aren't that easy to customise. It's also very expensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is unhelpful how so many of the tools have such overlap in functionality. Which would be best to use if they do basically the same thing? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once I'm done with creating briefs for my blog post, I use MarketMuse to find all the keywords and the number of instances I must add to rank above my competitors. And it works! MarketMuse has helped improve our blog rankings on SERP.

I found the product expensive. The price is too high for the service it provides. There are many more affordable competitors in this functionality.

From the Point of Trust Worthiness, It is absolute zero stars. The [SENSITIVE CONTENT] does stand by his words. He often changes the pricing plan, sudden increase in cost adding limitation to what wee paid for and more.

MarketMuse is being used by my team to revamp content to get a broader SEO value. Appreciate the value it adds to content creation. Used two other content optimizers and MarketMuse is a nice alternative to traditional SEO content optimization tools. Being able to order content briefs and other stages of content development is just the icing on the cake.

MarketMuse isn’t used across all company units, but in most crucial departments we utilize it to optimize, create and plan content for marketing. We are able to identify the right and most unique keywords when creating posts and blogs with MarketMuse software.
Availability of content inventory on MarketMuse makes it easy to measure the quality of the content before uploading or updating it. With AI-generated content, I am able to write and upload content like a pro that has high-ranking keywords. Identifying key topics and subtopics while creating content to upload on the blog saves a lot of time.

MarketMuse is being used by our Digital Content Specialist to help assess our existing articles for opportunities to optimize them and to help provide a skeleton draft plan for upcoming articles. The main reason for using MarketMuse is to ensure we are delivering high-quality content that answers the questions people are asking about particular topics.
Being nit picky, but I would love to have the AI use British English :P The Connect application very rarely provides internal link suggestions that are actually relevant.

MarketMuse was instrumental in a few of our divisions for refining their content. The primary objective of the software was to improve on-page keywords for SEO. MarketMuse was used to discover keywords used by competitors in similar content and monitor the number of instances of a key word or phrase in the document they were editing. MarketMuse does a great job visualizing these data, including important words and phrases not used that should be or not used enough. Through colors and links to competing/similar content, the content creators were able to pivot as they were refining their drafts. In some cases, the tool helped writers and editors discover additional angles to the stories or articles they were writing.
