Qualtrics allows for detailed, customizable surveys that work well both for creation of a survey and for data analyzation. I use it for academics, work, and for personal/social uses. The many features allow for clean, simplified ways to ask questions that would otherwise seem messy and take up way too much space in a survey if done on any other platform. Data doesn't load or delete when asked. It takes hours or days for something to update, which is super irritating. I hate the response cap when other platforms don't utilize this. You can't share dashboard with a copy paste link, so you need to pay for logins, which is only so limited. Despite the underlying motivations of Qualtrics, I see this as greedy and/or poorly optimized for commercial use without breaking the bank. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Livello di personalizzazione dei sondaggi altissimo - praticamente possibile inserire qualsiasi tipo di domanda in qualsiasi formato. Apprezzo molto l'implementazione dei workflow, che permettono azioni automatizzate ogni volta che viene compiuta un'azione - dalle cose pi semplici, come una notifica mail ogni volta che si riceve una risposta, a cose pi complesse come l'inserimento di dati nei database. Hello! I just happened to "stumble" across Qualtrics on the INTERNET and it is currently being used by me. Our Math/Science department Ph.D. grad students and research students are very much interested in Qualtrics vs. other programs on the INTERNET. Thank you, Qualtrics for your support and design of "surveys"- it was very user-friendly!! I am currently finishing my Ph.D. study and Qualtrics has assisted me tremendously! The configuration of a survey - user-friendly and able to do this by myself CUSTOMER SUPPORT - Grant Holbrook, initiated a demo call ASAP and I was able to begin the survey with just a few questions Tech Support-Ray Jacobs and AJ were "spot -on!" They walked me through some of the cliches that I was facing and Ray Jacobs actually configured my 2 surveys together AND sent me a video on how she did it! YAY!!!!! PLEASE GIVE RAY AND AJ A SALARY RAISE!! WELL-DESERVED~~~~!

We use Qualtrics as a platform to conduct survey-based research with households and businesses as part of client projects as well as to support other services we offer. We are a research and analysis consulting firm focused on the economics of broadband internet and related issues. Our analysis creates actionable intelligence for our clients.
A wide range of question formats that are very easy and intuitive to set up and use. Excellent technical support and support resources. It is hugely beneficial to be able to actually talk to someone by phone when needed, helping to resolve issues quickly. Extremely reliable with a rich set of features, not only for data collection, but for analysis and reporting as well.

Overall: We've been using Qualtrics for over 8 years now. As a boutique market research firm, we were looking for a full-featured online survey tool that was also cost effective. We were impressed with everything Qualtrics had to offer right off the bat, and I've continued to be impressed with the innovations and improvements they've deployed over the years. Our one complaint is that the price has crept up over the years to the point that it's significantly higher than we were paying 4-5 years ago. But that being said, we have yet to find another survey software that is as fully-featured and easy to use as Qualtrics.

Overall: This tools is fantastic for working with our Faculty and Researchers. They expect in-depth analysis and appreciate the power of Qualtrics. Our staff and administrative personnel have all learned to use Qualtrics and most of my co-workers find it easy to use and can adapt it to their various needs. This is a great option for anyone looking for a variety of analytics for surveying, and can be adapted to simpler projects as well.

Overall: Overall, Qualtrics CoreXM is a great platform for surveys, application forms, and research. There are so many embedded features, such as the ability to add a signature to the form, add questions that require file uploads, and different question types. It is definitely better than Google Forms or Microsoft Forms.

Overall: Qualtrics offers a nice dashboard that shows all of your current projects. It is intuitive to create new projects and offers a diverse array of options for those projects. However, I find that it is not as easy to create "advanced" projects in Qualtrics as in other software.

If you use Qualtrics to the point of having many surveys, be ready to spend significant time exporting them should you ever have a lapse in your subscription, or simply want a copy of your own data. Each survey requires a set of mouse clicks to export, and another set to export the data. Then, should you restart your service, get ready to do the same all over again to import your surveys!
