4.5Since Redash is an online analytical tool, there are many unique features in this. One of the best feature is the ability to share our queries with other team members and they can modify them, so we are able to work on a single dashboard in parallel as team members. 5.0With the help of Redash, we can easily check and figure out the creation of the booking by date and time. Also, the action taken by each booking. You can save your frequently using queries by saving it under your Favorite dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0It gives me precise information and all detail. The amount of customization available on redash in unlimited, you can just keep customising. This is the best data accessing tool I've come across. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
4.5The bad part of Redash is its user-friendly design and the degradation in performance while handling large sets of data. If the database is too big, either it will take many minutes to load or it will throw an error on the screen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0As of now, the only downside of using Redash is that, they need to improve more the interface so it can be more user friendly and easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0The UI can be made more intuitive to the users. And sometimes the tool doesn't provide results, this can be improvised to make the product seamless. I don't see any other improvements required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

9.0We used it to query out data and build dashboards. It was used for instant mini queries, save large queries and monitor dashboards. Starting from performance dashboards to fetching user details by an associate. We were using the visual features like line graphs and bar graphs. And downloading the exports as well.
Extract data Monitoring dashboards Saving queries for others
8.0Like any business, we are also required to have different kinds of reports for sales, marketing, and even at tech department. To create different reports for different people and then creating a frontend to view those reports then updating automatically is a big headache. But with Redash you can just query and create different reports as well charts and share across teams.
Great SQL editor easy to use The setup instructions are clear and anybody can set it up easily. Drag and drop to create different dashboards and resize them.
7.0The Redash is used as an internal reporting and querying tool for our internal management data including monthly financial reports, incident reports, security reports as well as incidents monthly reports. Since it's not the most powerful reporting engine, it's mostly restricted to give quick small queryable results and does not serve as a very big data source.
Great Query Editor with Autocomplete feature Very easy to setup and quickly connect to variety of data sources Quick Dashboards with Simple UI which can be easily shareable

5.0Overall: As a logistics company, we have a requirement to keen an eye on operations at many stages and levels. Each distribution center, warehouse, customer relationship, finance, transportation, admin resource, human resource, and others need access to real-time stats for quick action and corrections. Our team was evaluating other BI tools when they stumbled upon Redash. I would be very honest here and will say that Redash takes care of all our above requirements (which is like 80% of our dashboards). I am happy that we came across Redash. And I have already suggested this tool to most of my connections. As far as advanced analytics is concerned, we are still using Power BI (used by our Top Management).
5.0Overall: Redash saves a truckload of time for us. From working for about an hour or two on scripting to get a report, to just typing an easy query and having the outcome ready to use instantaneously. The cohort dashboard reduced the requirement to build a custom analytics user interface.
4.0Overall: As a small team, Redash allowed us to move forward with our analytics very quickly. As a growing company, the analytics technical debt is somehow piling up in large part due to the rapid prototyping enabled by Redash.
5.0Overall: Fast and easy setup with no hassle, limited sales emails, and easy to use Saas options.
