    We've only been using Vitally a short time, but so far it has been great. It's really streamlined a lot of things we were doing before and allowed us more insight on things that are important to us and our customers.     It's well integrated with our CRM and allows our Customer Success team to focus on Customer Success tasks. It's easy enough to use, it doesn't require a high level of technicality. Its set of features satisfies our needs so far. The Customer Support is very good, very quick to respond and friendly as well.     Difficult to navigate any of the data sets that you decide to integrate. The main dashboard is very overwhelming, and creating segments/audiences is not entirely easy...and when you do create them, accessing them can be difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    Product is disjointed, new UI is VERY confusing, support (specifically Engineering) is sub-par. Instead of spending cycles chaning your logo colors, you should improve the product that is already released. We're very concerned about their ability to scale in the enterprise space.
