    We selected this product to integrate with our existing platform. We evaluated almost all of the providers in the space, and the cost was not a major deciding factor. In the end, we found that Wyn covered all the needs for us to provide an integrated dashboard and reporting system for our clients. In addition, it allowed us to offer a self-service offering to our clients where we can silo the data and provide eth dashboard and report engines to them to build their own. Many of the other companies we evaluated were either limited on API, integration options, customizations, and data sources, to name a few. Wyn hit all the points on the head. The Wyn product of Grapecity is a newer product to space (the company is not). This alone is not the issue, but the lack of documentation; since they are new, it is the dislike; they are still trying to build up their documentation to compete with their competitors. While we have seen an increase, we would love to double or triple down on this. While they do support third-party or build your visualizations, I would also like to see them investing in more rapid deployment of some other visualizations and investing in existing to make sure they do not become stale in the space. They currently meet 95% of our needs, but in a year's time, that might not be the case in comparison to their competitors. Embedded Dashboard and Reporting for a custom web application.

    Wyn Enterprise offers powerful self-service dashboarding, reporting, and a unique pricing model. The Dashboard designer has an easy-to-use drag-n-drop designer, allowing non-technical users to adopt building dashboards quickly. The report designer is also drag-n-drop and can be used to design simple or very complex reports. Since the dashboard and report designers are user-friendly for all to use, the pricing model for unlimited users is key. This allows all departments to be able to create their own reports or dashboards, instead of having a designated team to build these. Having different departments building dashboards and reports, it is important for the departments to only have access to their data - which is handled by role-based and user permissions. Wyn Enterprise has an unlimited amount of use cases that can be used by all departments in our organization and allows all to visualize the data in an appealing and informative way. There are not many things that I dislike, but if anything the documentation could be enhanced with more step-by-step samples for new users. When there is so much data it is difficult for all employees to interpret it. But using Wyn Enterprise enables easy filtering and drill-downs for everyone to adopt quickly and see the information they are looking for. This drives crucial findings in all aspects of the organization.

    High level of customization using different data sources, ability to create datasets and even build a report using custom sql query. Dashboard visualizations are diverse and highly granular. Ability to drill down into grouped data while adjusting other related graphs on the fly is a major bonus. Map visualizations are not rich enough. It only works by state, not by city level. International map support with granularity up to the city would be really helpful for demographic visualizations. Make sure you thoroughly go through your software design and architecture before committing to use wyn enterprise in order to make sure your platform/framework is compatible with wyn solution. As a multi tenant crm solution, alarmhive strives to provide its clients with the utmost freedom in reporting and analytics possible. Which is why Wyn enterprise was the obvious choice for us in terms of price vs feature set combination. Ad hoc reports and dashboard supply our clients with all necessary tools to create reports and visuals specifically for their needs, independent of other clients we are serving.

Also able to use the system as a part of multi-tenant data service in a highly compliant and secure manner through additional integration with our own applications by providing one of the core elements of our customer portal. This also enables general operations teams to build and create data sets - outputs, reports and dashboards without coding knowledge.
    Key elements that brought WYN home is the diverse data receptors that are included and continually being developed. Allows data to be ingested from almost anywhere and visualised. The embedding of the whole software into our own software applications has enabled a multitude of features to be consumed by our applications to enhance our customers through this level of integration achieved.
    Widget generation would be useful to make greater use of data facet presentation and allow the widgets to become intelligently data driven, i.e. add a threshold to make it change colour or state for example or trigger an animation.

    Their product and service was exceptional. They were incredibly responsive to support requests and actively building out additional features and requests. They were very clear about their roadmap on features and tended to deliver on time.
    It boiled down to features and cost per user. We are a SAAS Software vendor in a cloud environment. The cost tiers doubled in price as we hit arbitrary memory limits that were neither predictable or easily controlled. We had to either pay double per month to continue providing the self service capability to our clients or continuously reduce the data we made available for them to consume or report on. Additionally we gained traditional reporting (Think Crystal or SSRS) style self service reporting that was not available in our previous cloud based dashboard provider.
    The pricing was not dependent on the user count or memory and storage so the cost per user declined as we grew.
    At times some of the configuration options in the Admin portion of the backend was a little difficult to find.

    Coming from being Active Reports Server, Wyn has much better performance and features which was lacking when it came to integrating it into our product. Now, with Wyn a lot of the problem area we had or things we created work arounds for have been addressed. Still be biggest is definitely the performance.
    The biggest problem and we've run into which was the same when we started with Active Reports Server, is the lack of or missing documentation for certain API calls and/or ways to set certain things up. For instance when creating a Custom Security Provider not knowing the the API used to call to get a Token is [ServerURL]/connect/token. Or how to use an Organization context in a connection string in a Data Source and/or Data Model

    We are crucial disseminating reports daily to over 50 personnel that provide sales data, audit data, and measurement to quarterly goals.
    As suggested by GrapeCity.
    I like the ease of set-up and developing reports to disseminate to the prospective company employees.
    There were some quirks at first, but they are getting ironed out as the application grows and the development team adds features and fixes existing issues.

    I can't believe this is a newer tool, it runs like a product that has been trusted for years.
    This tools works for our team as many of us are tracking different KPIs and have different shareholder to review. The ease of use and visualization is my favorite, as it lends to the story and helps to guide our teams for success.
    Documentation has an area of opportunity.

    Simple to install and deploy, great customer support and service.
    A small install base, not widely known in the industry (I'm sure this will change) can't retrieve data from OLAP servers.
