5% rolling reserve is NOT released after 90 days as the 2checkout website is suggesting, it is held back at payout and then held for another 90 days. In other words: you will hardly receive the final payment as soon as you switch to another payment provider. Instead, when you stop selling, they will automatically block your account and you cannot get out the money. We are currently waiting for 1000+ USD that we have earned legally but 2checkout is blocking payout. It's a ripoff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

To date, I have not received any response at all and the money has not been paid out to me. At this point, I would have to consider it very risky to use 2CO as a credit card payment processor because of their non-response and withholding money with no explanation. The company does not care about its clients. On April 27 2021, I learned from 3d parties that starting from April 29 2021, 2checkout stops supporting Mastercards. 2checkout did not send any notifications about the changes even to its vendors! All subscriptions that use the payment method will stop working and 2checkout did not find it necessary to inform its vendors and purchasers. Overall: Been using Avangate as our primary payment processor for 6+ years with literally no problems. It just works and does what it should do. Customer support is acceptable, email response is usually within 24 hours (my experience with their support is limited as I only need to contact it 1 or 2 times a year at most).

Overall: Horrible. Accounting mismatches, as they do reserve roll over fees. No customer service Have withheld thousands of dollars, restricted accceaa and no customer service. Calls to Romania.
