BlueJeans is being used across the organization. It has become an invaluable tool in maintaining business function during the current coronavirus pandemic. It is absolutely indispensable. Unclear subscription management, you need to terminate your users from two different UIs. If you only remove users from the billing management side, you still end up getting invoices if those users are still in the tool it self. And they dont refund bills... Very bad experience and I really think they cheat their customers that way. Also their support is slow and sometimes lacking skills to handle the issues.
