I do like for shorter presentations but I think it could use an upgrade. Its great that each meeting creates its own link which is easy to send to others.
Our IT department loves to use the product. I think its very good for short, quick calls where you need to show another employee or associate how to share info online.
Ability to provide an easy to use web meeting link. Ability to provide accommodating features and easy to pass presenters roles. Provides easy access for new users. Ability to share desktops of certain programs.
I remember first time presenters would always have to download some install for which Inst berry attractive. Unlimited attendees for all meetings would be great. Could be potentially less convoy.

I have used, DameWare and TeamViewer. has the least amount of hassle in regards to quick setup. Dameware often times fails and has to be installed manually. TeamViewer drops the connection often and requires you to start the whole process again.
I find that is more relevant in the IT industry. When I am working with other people that are in the IT business they prefer but for some reason people not in the IT world tend to lean towards Teamviewer in my experience. I don't know if its more marketed [to IT] but when given the choice people lean that way.
Easy to use. Very user friendly. You can tell even the novice user what to do and they can get connected with no grief at all.
Shorten the connection time. That may be due to bandwidth issues but at times it takes a while to connect. Make it easier to connect with a single sign on between already established connections. Mac address to Mac address maybe?? Pricing
