We use BJM for our large meetings where the 'go-to' product does not scale to, c50+ attendees OR livestreaming to a web address. The user interface is very easy to use for both administrators of the meeting and participants. The Q&A feature is highlgiht configurable and used by our organisation frequently. I really like Bluejeans because of the gallery view, which makes the meetings even better as I can see all of the participants at once, like a real conference room situation. The note-taking feature comes in handy as it lets me note down important points without changing the flow of my writing. I seldom if never get the opportunity to use the sharing screen function because my customers have difficulty getting into the Blue Jeans app with their laptops. We have provided them the proper browser to use but some simply cannot download the app due to firewall issues on their side and have personally expressed this to me. So when I am performing a demo or a training I cannot use the Blue Jeans application. I'm forced to use a dial in and then use Webex in order to share my screen. Bluejeans is specifically used for communication between myself and team-mates at work, regardless whether they are in the same team, department with me or not. Among the huge benefits that I have gotten from Bluejeans is that I can communicate with anyone of my colleagues, regardless of their geographical distance from me.

Pre 2 months, BJ was a good program but as mentioned above, we have stopped using due to the instability of the product. Causes frustrations when people cannot connect therefore wasting valuable meeting time.

I use BlueJeans [Meetings] for 1 reason... it provides the best audio quality for my developers in India. If I have to deal with customers and not internal team I use my Zoom license because I don’t want to hear the customer complain about how they have try to figure out yet another collaboration tool. You should put a Zoom mode so that the UI can look like Zoom. I have developers in India and it performs the best from an audio quality as compared to MS Teams, WebEx, Zoom and Chime.
Audio quality Scheduler so my calendar is synced I built a self scheduling app on salesforce.com. I use it and allow customers to self schedule meetings through salesforce.com

BlueJeans Meetings is a great video conferencing product. I used it since Beta and have watched its development into what it is today. The best way to describe it compared to others on the market is with a single word--it is just "cool," and getting cooler!

We used Bluejeans to replace the original conferencing system. It was used across the entire organization, in every office: US, Brazil, India, and Europe. Bluejeans was primarily used for internal meetings, though for those outside of sales, it was also used for meetings with external team members and consulting companies.
Reliability Supporting Large Attendance Conferences Mobile Deep Linking on IOS. Everytime you click on a meeting link, it takes you to a bluejeans page that asks you to install the app, unless you already have it.

BlueJeans is used by our organization to conduct virtual meetings between departments, and to do virtual presentations to parents and children enrolled in our programs. I'm not sure which teams use it the most. BlueJeans addresses the problem of current social distancing requirements due to COVID.
Sending the invites is difficult and intuitive. The general operation of BlueJeans is not intuitive. People have difficulty operating the program.

The general use of blue jeans is being used by our institution to communicate and facilitate meetings. Like any other technology, there are occasional flaws, however, overall, BlueJeans is an exceptional way to increase communication and congregations, in addition to being able to stay in touch with distant or analogous people and places. Speed up the conversation procedure. BlueJeans provides the ability to join group meetings and video calls via computer and mobile, so the user can join as they move around.
