My video sessions with Bluejeans have a realistic sense because to their high resolution quality. The same is true with Bluejeans breakout sessions, which I have used to start more intimate conversations with other meeting participants during department-wide video meetings. Users are unable to join the videoconference because of quota restrictions, and when there is no restriction, using mobile devices for video calls and conferences becomes sluggish. There is no feature or capability parity between Bluejeans on my computer's web browser and Bluejeans on my native desktop. It will be wonderful to have access to the same set of features and capabilities, regardless of the platform on which I use Bluejeans. Since the user chooses what to share and what to hide, it enables the user to share many displays simultaneously, which is highly convenient. Additionally, working remotely is an option. Given that the user will be working from calendars or work agendas, it provides an integrated and synced interface with other programs that contain work agendas. Considering that the workstation attendance may now be performed either in-person or remotely BlueJeans Video Conferencing is setting the standard for working across the network and in the cloud since it is so much simpler, quicker, inventive, dependable, and instantly connectable. For a certain company's customers,Business training is crucial, therefore using a tool like this in an IT environment maximizes investments and enables management teams to see and evaluate how these technologies are being used in their workplaces.

I am very big on the security of my video meetings and Bluejeans perfectly has always met my expectations in this regard in multiple ways. In the first part , my video meetings are automatically encrypted, ensuring that only participants in my video meetings can access the content of our meeting , in terms of the discussions and interactions. Then , there is the set of moderator controls , which is chiefly assigned to the meeting participant who has scheduled the meeting. Moderator controls allows the maintenance of sanity in meetings , incase a meeting participant needs to be muted or even kicked out of a session. Of top priority to me though , are the meeting ID and the participant pass code controls, which add up with the above to give me a secured, video meeting experience on the Bluejeans platform as a whole. I do battle with latency issues during video meeting calls on Bluejeans. As a result of Bluejeans latency shortcomings, I have been automatically kicked out of meetings before and I have also experienced lags and slowdowns in the course of a meeting as well. Although , latency issues are probably synonymous with any video meeting provider, I will still like to see Bluejeans limit its prevalence as much as possible. Remote connection and communication between employees is a key reason for using Bluejeans. Bluejeans has encouraged remote collaboration to be more prevalent within my organisation, than it was even two year ago. Increased remote communication and collaboration in turn ,has contributed to pushing up our productivity as a team.

Since I am in the professional field, everyone from my company, consultants, and customers uses blue jeans for internal and external communication. It has excellent features which are very useful and practical. Audio and Video calling is flawless, and we can add more than 500+ people to meetings without having a single issue. The meeting recording is another perfect point, and very secure to record the meeting and share the link with others. Bluejeans can also offer to share the screen during internal or external meetings. These days we are doing our daily scrum meeting on bluejeans, which is very practical and analytical. Because of daily sessions on blue jeans, we saw excellent feedback from our customers and business people. Bluejeans looks like a mobile application, so we can easily open bluejeans and can join from anywhere on any interface. Either laptop, desktop, mobile or any other. During the meeting, we can also do instant chatting and share files, making our collaboration more effective and valuable. Bluejeans has some dislike as well where they need improvmenet. Customer support is not responsive and instant. They should focus on after-sales because we are sometimes suffering and unable to get help from them. The price is also very high Since we are customers of blue jeans, we saved many traveling costs because now we can talk with our customers virtually. Now file sharing and instant chatting are very productive using because, with the help of these, we solve many delay problems.

BlueJeans has a few nice features that make managing and joining meetings easy; - Meetings can be set up and scheduled ahead of time, or on a recurring basis - An optional Outlook plugin allows you to schedule meetings directly from within Outlook - When joining a conference, you can have BlueJeans 'call you' and add you to the party automatically, without needing to call a number and enter a passcode - Meetings can be recorded for reference later - Integrations for Slack allow meetings to be created on demand while chatting with team members - Mobile apps work decently well (and in fact, audio/clarity on the mobile apps is more often than not, better than calling in via phone) The platform itself is simply buggy and unreliable. I have heard from colleagues, and experienced first hand, that the audio quality is quite often lacking. We find ourselves either talking over one another or not understanding one another due to the audio cutting off. Additionally, when attempting to use screensharing, we find that some users experience a good amount of lag, to the point that it causes confusion on the part of participants in the meeting. Further more, there is a push toward using an actual Blue Jeans dedicated client, installed on your machine itself. While this is not necessarily uncommon, it is an additional step, and is not helped by the fact that browsing to a meeting in your web browser takes a significant amount of time to actually launch the app itself. I find myself being able to open the native app and manually specify my meeting ID before the website even detects it. For a number of my colleagues (and myself), the general attitude toward BlueJeans is that it is simply overly cumbersome. I have heard significantly more dissatisfaction than satisfaction with the tool. We frequently find ourselves using other tools (such as JoinMe) when we want to have a simple screen sharing session between colleagues. If at all possible, try to experience BlueJeans first hand, whether that is by attending a meeting from someone who already uses the tool, or by signing up for a trial yourself. For those folks looking for a dead simple screensharing tool, look to JoinMe. BlueJeans simply can't beat the speed and ease of JoinMe. If you are looking for a full-fledged video conferencing/collaboration/meeting tool, give BlueJeans a try to see if you experience the same issues we have. There is a desire to have an enterprise-wide video conferencing service within our organization. BlueJeans has indeed provided us with a single unified platform for meetings, presentations, webinars, etc., however, the issues with the tool lend themselves to our users looking for alternatives elsewhere.

The platform has been useful on my work site, I like it for the following reasons: it improves communications with clients located at other points essential to make improvements or revisions of requested service documents ensuring their quality, improves the quality of services Delivery and presentation of final architecture diagrams to clients I do sharing screen and at the same time I can write the observations and details to add or remove, in this same way, it provides excellent images of the information that is exposed. Improves decision-making regarding the creation and design of services since I can have a perspective of records or records of meetings of the organization. The application in a generalized way fulfills its functions in the developed activities, but I would like to be easier and lighter the way of entering there are opportunities where they present complications to initiate cession asks for password changes. I recommend the software for its operability in handling meetings, creating reciprocal relationships and influence in an excellent way with videos, and quality recordings from any situation or position. ful to reduce mobility or transfer times, communications with conditions of efficiency and effectiveness. The tool is productive and effective to have a good communication immediately for the internal area of the organization and for when I am outside the area, also to be in contact with other agencies of the company located in different sites. I'm a big fan of the meetings tool, its simple to use and efficient. Video conferences have always been high quality and I've never had an issue with connections or quality. The integrations for outlook and google are helpful as well. You can also set meetings with people without an account if you provide the meeting ID and passcode. I honestly can't say there's much to dislike with this product. If anything, it can be a hassle for non-users to download the desktop app but as far I know you are able to join meetings as a guest from the webpage if you have the correct meeting ID. Take advantage of all the integrations and features. Especially the OUtlook integration if its relevant to your situation. Our company has multiple international offices and I primarily use Blue Jeans for meetings with our international sales team. Biggest benefit is ability to stream multiple live cameras with no dropped connections or quality issues. Thank you for all the great feedback Nick! Please let us know what we can do earn 5 starts next time!

Among the huge benefits that I have gotten from Bluejeans is that I can communicate with anyone of my colleagues, regardless of their geographical distance from me.

I chose BlueJeans Meetings because I can use real-time video chats to establish trust while also effectively communicating my thoughts. I like the option to record play and then distribute the recording to colleagues who couldn't attend, in addition to exchanging papers and presentations via screen sharing. With a top-notch wireless connection, great features, security, and ease of use. It is wonderful that this technology is adaptable to our method of working from any location and on any device.
It offers flexible features that go above and beyond what we often require. It is real-time meeting tool that ensures success by running flawlessly from beginning to end. It provides excellent meeting security. Call audio is distinct and background noise reduction is also good. it also offers interactive tools for collaborative screen sharing and whiteboard sessions that are really effective

We use Bluejeans for everything that has to do with video-conferencing across the length and breadth of my organization. It has been very helpful for one on one video communication, team based communication, departmental and organizational wide communication/ collaboration as well. By using Bluejeans for video conference meetings, we are comfortably bridging the gaps created by physical distances between teams.
Bluejeans is the most suited video conferencing tool for organizations or teams seeking interactivity, during the course of a video call. Features such as breakout sessions, whiteboarding, transcriptions, customized virtual backgrounds etc have added a lot of interactivity to my meeting experience on Bluejeans.
Audible and visually clear video communication experiences. Recording and transcriptions. Secured video meeting communication.
It is impossible to join Bluejeans meetings, without first downloading the application on desktop or mobile device and signing in. I think there should be a way for non-Bluejeans users to join our meetings from their browser, without even needing to register for a Bluejeans account or download the software.

Zoom - data resident and developed in China plus lack of encryption.Webex - too expensive for what you get.Used all others and none made it past an initial evaluation.
Security and US built is first and foremost for us. Our IP is extremely sensitive and valuable. Ability to integrate our calls into our small business-focused CRM could be better, but less of an issue right now and hopefully the solution will mature to allow us to do that. The integration with our calendaring is super easy within Outlook, but clunky with Superhuman.com which is the email app we use for superb productivity gains - that is their issue, not yours and have raised that and working to resolve directly with them.
Secure - unlike Zoom, is developed in the US. Customer Experience - super simple to use. Recording capabilities - track everything.
Virtual backgrounds don't work well at all on the Mac desktop app. The background image refresh as you move is clunky at-best. We stopped using it and would not recommend anyone to use these backgrounds until they resolve the issue.

I chose BlueJeans for the integration with Polycom and Cisco Room systems. The audio quality and Dolby rooms have kept us with the service.
If someone is looking for the best audio quality or integration with a conference phone, I would recommend BlueJeans. I recommend it for the command center. Hard to recommend it otherwise, with so many cheaper and more popular options out there.
Best audio quality Integration with the dolby conference phone Command center
Re-brand the product to something more business-friendly and promote it. Many people don't know the name and/or find it silly. Having to explain the meaning of the name to clients and co-workers and then they think it's more of a consumer or small business product and then I have to explain its an enterprise-focused service that takes quality and security more seriously than Zoom. Cue the awkward silence and then someone more important than me telling me how much they love saying the word Zoom and telling me we should switch. A huge opportunity was missed by not capitalizing on all the bad press Zoom received earlier this year. Now everyone just wants to "zoom" and think all the bad press was unwarranted. Sales and billing are painful. Enterprise accounts are overpriced and fencing them off from the other plans is completely unnecessary and feels like a money grab. We originally went with BlueJeans for the interoperability with Polycom and Cisco systems, but other solutions now offer that and they price it so it's just a company-wide add-on that doesn't require special overpriced user accounts. When my CEO asked why they were so expensive, I mentioned the Polycom interoperability and he told me "no one uses Polycom any more". Keep everything separate from Verizon. The product and service work great. Don't attempt to fix what isn't broken. Too many success stories right now where acquisitions are more successful when they are left alone by their parent companies. The primary issues are branding/promotion and sales/billing. Calling it "BlueJeans by Verizon" or re-branding to anything else that relates to Verizon creates even more confusion. People think they it means they need Verizon cellphone plan to use it or they have had a negative experience with Verizon in the past and now they relate that negative experience with BlueJeans. For most Verizon users, the company and the service work just "fine". It's not Apple-level fandom. The service costs more than their competitors, but consumers and businesses know they pay for their coverage and maybe their support if they have an issue. They don't see the Verizon name on another product and think they want it because it works just "fine" or they will pay more for something that works just as good as other products that are free or more ubiquitous. All the video conferencing services are hoping to win all the customers. It's not going to happen. Everyone has their preferred service for many different reasons. BlueJeans should become a service that can connect to all the other services. I know Dolby Voice Room can technically do something like that, but it's basically just a SIP/H.323 endpoint that can connect to other providers that support the protocol, but not many users opt for that feature since it costs extra and they aren't sure what it actually is. BlueJeans has the best audio quality of any provider. All the infrastructure is there to create an audio-only service. I know its possible to use BlueJeans for audio-only video calls, but it's against the terms of service and I'm referring to something like a fully hosted SIP provider. 10 digit phone numbers, voicemail, texting, extension numbers, call transferring, hold, and conferencing. Desk phones and/or SIP compatibility. Full replacement for PBX systems and existing hosted SIP solutions. Still, no feature to see more than 9 simultaneous callers. I have users/teams who use Zoom just because it has that one feature. Instead, the virtual backgrounds feature was released. No enterprise users asked for that.

I have used Google Hangouts, Zoom, Skype, and Slack in the past for video conferencing at work. The main reason that I primarily use BlueJeans is that this is what is supported by IT and is installed in our conference rooms. If I am having a quick meeting with only a few people or just a 1 on 1, I will typically just use Slack to do the video call as it is simpler to make that connection and I already have Slack open. Of all the other services I have used most of them seem to have an easier to use interface and also higher quality video and audio. I have many remote employees in locations that don't have the best bandwidth and often times BlueJeans quality will be so poor that we don't use video at all because it starts to affect audio quality.
BlueJeans is useful to us for setting up large conference calls. The most useful feature I have found is a browser plugin that allows me to create a meeting with my ID and put all of the people that I have invited to a meeting in Google Calendar. I almost never use the BlueJeans interface for setting up meetings or even starting/entering a meeting. I will always go to Google Calendar and follow the URL from there to launch the app. When doing one-on-one meetings with members of my team, we typically use a different service. The only reason my team uses BlueJeans is that it is what is officially supported by our IT department, and it is what is installed in our conference room devices.
Allows for multiple people to teleconference in a uniquely generated room attached to a meeting.
It is confusing and difficult to set up preferences. For example, choosing your own meeting ID or selecting if the meeting requires a moderator to start it. Almost every single person in our org sets up their meeting incorrectly the first time they lead a meeting leading to a variety of issues. The interface is very buggy. Sometimes I frequently cannot trigger the menu to drop down from the top of the screen in order to mute/unmute myself. My default audio/video input and output never seems to work properly when I am switching from headphone to speakers to room audio. Audio and video quality are not as good as competitors (Skype, Google Hangout, Slack, Zoom). Frequently my team will use other methods to video chat 1 on 1 as they are easier and less issue-prone.

Our business is a creative services agency, which relies heavily on regular video conference communication with high-level executives and clients, to convey our ideas and provide our services. It is is critical to our business to have a video service to emulate, as close as possible, an in-person meeting experience. Our typical meeting consists of 2-3 members of our staff, and 2-4 client members.
In our experience with BlueJeans, we did not find a scenario where the service ever worked adequately, yet we paid a significant premium for the service. We have switched to ZOOM, which is a far better product... ZOOM is reliable, good quality, good user experience, less expensive, better customer service, better sales team, and addresses every aspect of the service far better than BlueJeans.
We initially chose BlueJeans for the fact that it could be used without the need to download an application, and could work for a broad range of clients regardless of what their internal conferencing platform. Ability to personalize and brand the experience
The biggest issue we faced with BlueJeans was the extremely poor quality video, and connection issues from every connection point. Both audio and video connection would freeze, pixelate, or disconnect altogether. BlueJeans did a poor job in their efforts to resolve the issues, over a 3yr + period. Their technical support, as well as customer service was not helpful in coming up with solutions, testing, or determining ways to improve the quality of service. The sales team did not help to accommodate a clean separation of the service, but held us to pay out an obligated contract, even though they failed to provide an adequate service for which we were paying for. We wanted to part ways amicably, and currently use ZOOM (which we haven't experienced any issues with, and a far better service). Unfortunately the team we dealt with a BlueJeans was very short-sighted and did not want to work with us, even though we patiently (at our own cost) utilized the service for more than 3yrs in hopes the quality of the service would improve. Pricing of BlueJeans is higher than competitors, with a vastly inferior product.

It allows the user to share several screens at the same time, which is very easy to access, since the user determines what he/she wants to share and hide. It is also possible to work remotely. It offers an integrated and synchronized interface with other applications that have work agendas, which makes it easier to use by the user, since he/she will be working from calendars or work agendas. Taking into account that the attendance to the workstations can be done at the present time in person or remotely. BlueJeans Video Conferencing is leading the way within organizations as a much easier, faster, creative, reliable and easily connectable way of working through the network and in the cloud. For the users of a certain company, business training is important, so the use of this type of tool associated with IT environments maximizes investments and allows management teams to visualize and measure the use of these tools within their work environments.
You can access and work with it through various devices, just by having the platform installed on it, since it uses high-definition technology for both participants and presenters. In short, we can say that this tool is easy and quick to handle for all those people who are interested in interacting, communicating and making their work more agile, efficient and effective, either in person or remotely from the company for which they work. And last but not least, organizations have bet on its usefulness because it has been positioned very quickly and conveniently in the cloud. Therefore it has been a tool of great ease, effectiveness and connection between the users of an organization, since users can interact in a dynamic and real way being in a distant process.
Users cannot join the videoconference due to quota limits and when there is no quota limit, video calls and video conferences become slow with the use of mobile devices.

It's really speedy for meetings. This application can be used to plan a meeting with your customers or team. If you're a trainer, having a web-based lesson is quite beneficial. The network is completely safe. Above-average support with efficiency.
    1. BlueJeans Meetings is a fantastic program. It provides a better online meeting experience without having to leave your house. 2. We can use the app to schedule meetings with partners, teams, and product and service presentations. 3. The whiteboard tool, which allows you to sketch during a presentation as if you were in person, is one of the unique features. 4. Bluejeans' wide range of security features appeals to me, as they aid in maintaining the secrecy of team meetings.
    1. Non-Bluejeans users are unable to attend meetings without first downloading the Bluejeans desktop application. 2. There is no breakout room feature on this platform. 3. It is not possible to share files. The file should be emailed during the meeting and should be received by everyone before the meeting ends. 4. I despise it so much that on numerous instances, I have muted a meeting member's microphone just to have that participant turn it back on without my consent. This can be highly distracting when I need to give a presentation without being interrupted by meeting attendees.

Overall, BlueJeans Video Communications made it easy for us to host and join a large-scale internal office meeting or client presentations. We haven't had any major issues in terms of connecting to the conference call.
BlueJeans Video Communications is the best so far in terms of hosting a large-scale video conferencing because it doesn't matter if the attendees to such video conference is as few as 3 or as many as 50+ since the overall quality is just the same. We shifted from FreeConferencePro and UberConference to BlueJeans Video Communications, because we had multiple mishaps before, and worst it happened during a client call. With BlueJeans Video Communications, we didn't experience any connectivity and disconnection issues. It is easy to use as well because you can connect to the conference via mobile or home phone, via the web link even without downloading the desktop version or the desktop version if you are the host of the conference.
What I least like about the software is that if you are the host, you are obliged to download the desktop version of BlueJeans Video Communications so that you can be assured that the full functionality will be working smoothly. I hope they make it possible as well that the web version will have no issues in screen sharing or file sharing.

With the expansion of remote working and sharing over the past few years, BlueJeans Meetings has enabled us to do so with sufficient flexibility, and at a small cost that provided us with the best capabilities that helped us achieve distinguished results through working remotely, as well as to enable us to conduct meetings and discuss efficiently with consultants and external clients. Additionally, we helped BlueJeans Meetings document all of those meetings using their meeting recording feature.
We use BlueJeans Meetings to communicate with colleagues and hold remote meetings because it is easy to use, the sound and image are of high quality, and the live broadcast has no latency, which allows us to interact more during discussions and work remotely. Sharing files, photos, presentations, as well as screens is nice. I love that we can easily set up contact lists, send invitations via links, and that invitees don't need an account to participate, so we can invite more people without worrying about them not being able to participate. We can archive meetings on BlueJeans Meetings and distribute them quickly.
Over the years, BlueJeans Meetings has had a simple user interface and unique mobile app that makes it practically perfect.

As I mentioned, I'm WFH permanently now, and having a software like BlueJeans is a must within my organization. We use the Microsoft Suite for a lot of applications, including Outlook, and BlueJeans is linkable to Outlook which makes scheduling meetings and adding them to your meeting invites super easy. I hop onto regular meeting, client conferences and one on one training all the time and using BlueJeans has been a great addition to making my workday more streamlined.
Since going to remote work, it's imperative to my day-to-day that within my organization we have reliable video-conferencing software., and Bluejeans is a very popular service. My favourite aspect of Bluejeans is how simple it is to record a meeting or presentation so it can be shared with others, or referenced back by others if it's a training or instructional demonstration. The recorded videos all live in a simple to use interface in my Bluejeans profile.
BlueJeans seems to have more connectivity issues than other similar video conferencing software programs. The audio is especially susceptible to turning robotic or glitching out.

Overall very good integrated solution for automating the conference room bookings, meetings, video meetings and sharing. The quality of video, audio and sound system is extremely dependable. However since these require long term investment and the benefits and profit will be realized over a period of time so one has to be careful in their long-term investment plan and realizations.
We had all our 5 floor building conference rooms connected via bluejeans connected room solution. We have also have had few virtual meeting accounts for business and sales teams. It was easy smooth solution for automating all conference and meeting room requirements, booking meetings was easy and flexible and automated work. But post corona, where most of the company is remote. This was an over head cost. The quality of voice, video and flexibility is amazing.
With most members being remote post-corona world, the conference room solution serves little purpose for the company. We have moved away and entire company now runs mostly on MS Teams. We still have accounts for our business and sales teams.
