Where to begin. If you are the host it takes 4+ steps to login and start the conference - this needs to be streamlined. From an end user experience it is confusing to use phone audio as the join meeting (without computer audio) is only a hyperlink and not an easy to view button. The three worst features of the application are 1) There are no authentication/Unique Logins per conference so every conference is the same meaning any clients can jump into your conference line and could end up on the wrong call. If you have back to back meetings this can be a nightmare 2) sharing an attendee screen takes them being made a co-presenter which then lends them full access to every button and other attendee on the conference. 3) Sharing your desktop can be done specific to application but if you share one application and have another application pop-up the ReadyTalk screen will show a big grey block where the "hidden" item is on the screen. This does nothing other than alert the attendee that you are chosing not to show them something. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
