4.0I wish that they would create a product that gave you all the benefits rolled into one, but different teirs give you different benefits. There are add-ons that you can pay for to get more automation but of course they cost more. My thought with a product like this, if you want complete automation, is that you should give every benefit to every customer no matter what. 5.0As a user of BrightGauge software in my company, I have found it to be a highly useful and intuitive tool for managing and visualizing key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time. BrightGauge offers a wide range of integrations with popular data sources, such as QuickBooks, ConnectWise, and Microsoft Excel, which makes it easy to consolidate and analyze data from various sources in a single platform.One of the major pros of BrightGauge is its user-friendly interface. Setting up dashboards and reports is a breeze, with customizable widgets that can be easily dragged and dropped onto the screen. The platform offers a wide range of pre-built templates for different industries and KPIs, so users can get started quickly and easily. The dashboards are highly visual, with charts, gauges, and tables that make it easy to identify trends and patterns in the data.Another major advantage of BrightGauge is its real-time data updates. The platform is designed to provide users with up-to-date information on key metrics, which is critical for making informed business decisions. The software offers a wide range of notification options, including email, SMS, and mobile alerts, which ensures that users stay informed about changes in their data.
5.0Ease of use in order to build out quick reports and gauges so we can make quick and accurate business decisions. Any time we need assistance, their support is quick, friendly, and will even build out gauges for us.
4.0You won't always get all the data you'd expect, as what's available pulls from it's datasets instead of directly from your databases, and while this does present advantage from a performance standpoint it also imposes some limits on the data that may be available and how current it is.
4.0It doesn't feel fluid to use. I enjoy using PowerBI as it feels like a reliable environment. BrightGauge just doesn't feel like a finished product. It's almost like it's trying to get there, but it's missing some fundamentals, like ease of use.
4.0The lack of a simple OR query in gauges causes no end of frustration. Having to create layers for each query followed by a calculated metric often doesn't create exactly what we're after. It is by far the biggest drawback of this product. It would be wonderful if there were more direct integrations available with out other sources - the dropbox/Onedrive solution helps get around it but it's a bit clunky. Lastly, the formatting tools for reporting are woeful. The experience of building and formatting a report is painful.

10.0We currently use BrightGauge to give us real-time technician & company stats, information, etc. BrightGauge lets us know if there are "stale" tickets so our Dispatch team can pinpoint which tickets they need to request updates on. It shows us how many tickets each of our technicians is assigned to work on for workflow. It shows us how many tickets each technician has resolved in the last week. Who the leaders are, who may need assistance, and who has fallen behind. We also use BrightGauge for project ticket tracking & to show us Dispatch Coordinator statistics as well. BrightGauge helps us pinpoint areas we need to focus on.
10.0We use BrightGauge for all our client reporting, internal reporting and dashboards. It allows us to combine data from 8 different sources into one very easy to read report that looks fantastic.
Manipulating data is very easy. Great user experience design Dashboards that rotate around the office is extremely helpful Client and internal reporting is a breeze and it automatically emails it on our behalf BG is very helpful when trying to understand how to get the visuals I want.
10.0We use BrightGauge all throughout our organization. We use datasets from Connectwise Manage, Connectwise Automate, IT Glue, Datto, and Customer Thermometer. We keep track of our Traction scorecards in BrightGauge's Goals. Our Service Delivery department provides dashboards and reports to our clients to deliver metrics about our ticket SLAs and much more. Our Sales team also uses this data to assist in QBRs. We are able to monitor our ticket inflows across multiple teams in near real-time so we can divert resources as needed. We're able to predict SLA bottlenecks before they happen. Each department manager receives a custom report every morning that allows them to manage exceptions, work through challenges from the day before, and predict issues that may arise.

5.0Overall: This software is great for pulling in data from multiple product sources. It allows you to define gauges, and put those gauges on dashboards or reports. We initially bought it for monthly client reporting, so that we could include data on their reports from multiple sources. However, we quickly found that creating dashboards for different things (service, techs, sales, opportunities) we could reduce internal emails flying around, and help drive staff towards the items that need attention.
5.0Overall: Overall, BrightGauge is an excellent tool for businesses that need to track and manage KPIs in real-time. Its user-friendly interface and extensive integrations make it easy to set up and use, while the real-time data updates ensure that users are always informed about changes in their data. While the pricing structure may be a bit confusing, the benefits of using BrightGauge for data visualization and analysis make it a worthwhile investment for many businesses.
5.0Overall: See the Pros section above. We have been using this for probably almost 5 years now - and keep paying to add more data sources. We currently pull in data from 8 different sources. The software has been a complete game changer for us and visualizing our data. We use it every single day across our entire organization. I cannot imagine running out business without it at this point.
4.0Overall: We run very tight metrics on our service tickets in CWmanage. time to acknowledgement of a ticket through time to resolution. We also perform weekly ticket load as well as use these metrics to award monthly bonuses
4.0Overall: Overall, the product is powerful and helpful, but support could be improved. Unfortunately, all products owned by ConnectWise has seen a decrease in support effectiveness since the company was sold.
4.0Overall: BrightGauge is decent enough to use, but doesn't pack a punch like PowerBI does. It lacks many features and is not as easy to use.
