The upsides are that it was easy to connect to my data sources, the data prep steps are a nice way to build your report, and the final product is digestable slick looking widgets that provide summary information about the business. Finally, and this is not something to be overlooked: the product evolves frequently while remaining stable. The customer support model during the deployment of the solution is a strength in which the Toucan teams are investing in order for the project to be a success. It's not that common to be noticed. Except of course when you are ready to spend a fortune on the services of an integrator with no guarantee of obtaining similar quality.
