Rippling Review
I transitioned to Rippling immediately after a RIF reduced our People team from 6 to 1. Having a system that I can rely on to organize employee information, payroll, pto, and more has made the transition to a smaller team much less stressful. We were aslo previously with Gusto who was not able to integrate with our benefits offering and broker. Rippling has completely erased that issue and made benefits, Cobra, and FSA adminstration so easy! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ascentis Review
We use Ascent HR, Payroll, and Novatime to offer HR and payroll consulting services to our clients. I personally use Novatime and Payroll every day and HR most days. Our whole company uses the entire suite of products. Using these 3 products together makes it so easy to keep our clients' businesses running smoothly and in compliance with state/federal laws.
I love the report generator in Novatime.
the way you can add as many journals to a payroll is especially helpful.
I like being able to generate a new temp password for an EE in HR.
