    I like the user-friendly-ness of it all, if I'm being honest. Both for employees and for employers- Eddy makes everything SO much simpler in the long run. Another great part? If you email the last person you spoke with from Eddy asking for help (even if that employee is in a new position or left the company), a customer support agent will still reach out in LESS than your typical 24-48 hours. Usually, my requests are not that urgent, but it is nice to know that they are there when I do need them, which is so hard to find. Our staff uses Eddy daily, and we love the platform.     The flow of the platform is great. I like the encorporation of playfulness into everything, including the emoji's, confetti when you hire a new employee, and language. It makes it fun! The customer support staff has been quick to troubleshoot most of the issues I have. The best part has been the hiring feature.     As being part of the accounting team with Payroll, I wish Eddy had easier ways to download payroll into clear formats for the whole month into Excel so I could input it into QB. I feel like I end up having to manually input a lot of the info from Eddy often. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    PTO feature could be expanded so employees could be assigned multiple policies. The reporting feature could include more data points and it would be great if we could create custom reports.

    It would be nice to notify employees when their licenses expire. Currently the way Eddy has it set up, you have to create a training. It would be great to have a calendar of dates to notify employees of deadlines.

    There are some functions we still need. Scheduler and the ability to get videos and powerpoints to upload into onboarding and training. THese are vital functions for our operations.

    Overall: What I like best is the customer service. Once we signed on, we were immediately assigned a rep that is always there to answer questions and help me walk me through new functions. The other great feature is the ability to access EddyHR's HR Support Center which is a great resource for all things HR - it's easy to ask a question of the HR Concierge, or scan the state-specific laws, tools, and videos. This has been great since I'm not a HR profession by trade.

    Overall: So far it has been a pretty good experience. Our transition from our last product to EddyHR could have had a lot more hiccups, but it was overall really smooth. If nothing else, their team has been VERY helpful!
