5.0What I like best about FastSpring is how they have simplified the complexity of ecommerce for businesses who only want to know their own business and want to sell online. They have knowledgeable and helpful account managers and support staff and an outstanding team of designers/developers based on the quality and ease of use of the FastSpring platform. 0.0The sellers' support ticket is currently very poor. I have observed the quality of their support deteriorate over the years: tickets take longer (days) to hear a response, and even when you do, the Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

1.0One month ago, a customer tried to purchase my course and was billed twice. FastSpring took one week to reply and say they are working on it. One month later, the payments still haven't been refunded and they ignore my messages. This makes me look bad as a seller and is the reason why i ultimately decided to leave FastSpring. 5.0We have been using FastSpring for over 6 years now and the first thing that comes to mind is that it is a solid product, that we never have issues with. It just works. I can't say it is complicated in the initial setup. All the necessary testing options are available and they are easy to use. Overall great product with many options to set up your store and integrate with other platforms.

5.0Overall: I used the FastSpring service for 1.5 years. During the integration of the service into our product, I want to highlight the high level of support and onboarding from the FastSpring team. There were technical calls, requirements approvals, etc. We were given a demo of the service and its capabilities. The experience of using the product in our work has been exceptionally positive. Thank you to the developers for such an amazing service!
5.0Overall: With FastSpring, I can provide purchasing environments for any country on the planet, and in any currency. Their rapid-response Support is a significant advantage over any other online monetary system. If you make the decision to utilize FastSpring, you will rejoice in that choice, both when you need help - and when you get paid for our sales!!
5.0Overall: I sell books that I publish in paperback and ebook versions. For the ebook versions, I use FastSpring to handle sales through my own website. FastSpring has been a very reliable company for this purpose, handling payment processing and downloads. Their customer support operation is outstanding.
