GoTo Meeting simple interface makes it easy to use. The platform offers maximum data security giving us a safe communication platform to have private discussions. Joining meetings is so simple, you just have to click on the meeting link and it is not necessary to have the app in your device in order to join meetings. GoTo Meeting allows us to have productive meetings by ensuring top quality visuals and sounds in our meetings. It makes interaction during meetings very simple by offering an instant messaging function which is a faster way of communicating. We also share files during meetings and the process is always safe. Incase you miss the meeting, the host can send you a recording of the meeting for you to follow through on what was discussed. GoTo Meeting has made communications very efficient and accessible in our organization since we can always join meetings from anywhere, all we need is internet connected device. We use it for internal messaging & calls, as well as for calling & texting clients, and having small meetings on occasion. It was supposed to have resolved our issue of using multiple programs for these functions, was supposed to be a good working app on any computer or smart phone, and to help track data.
GoTo has glitches more frequently than any other program we have used It often does not send text messages, or sends per the computer program but not on the phone It drops calls so often I have actually started just calling clients from my personal cell which is far from ideal
