Hotjat can track visitors data on where they come from, which landing page they land on, and what their actions are on the landing page once they arrive. The heatmaps are just fantastic! Imagine having the ability to see your website through your users' eyes, understanding their clicks, scrolls, and movements. This is what Hotjar's heatmaps offer. It's almost like being able to read minds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In reality, heat map reports are rarely useful. They usually tell a story you already know. If the correlation between eye-gaze and cursor movements were academically established, heat map reports would have been a great tool for discovering online behavioral opportunities and gaps. But in reality, the correlation is weak, which makes solutions like Hotjar questionable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ho trovato molto utile e ben strutturata tutta la parte relativa alle registrazioni delle sessioni degli utenti. La possibilit di inserire commenti e note aggiuntive molto comoda. E il fatto che gi di base vengano segnalati i momenti salienti, distinti in base al tipo di interazione dellutente (goal raggiunto o rage click etc..) rendono pi semplice lesplorazione e lanalisi delle sessioni. Ottima anche la parte sulle heatmap. Anche i sondaggi sono bene strutturati e con tante funzionalit customizzabili.

Overall: My overall experience has been good so far. Initially, we were worried about the user insights and heatmaps to test the pages/CTA'S for better campaigning of our products. Overall: Hotjar has shown us critical user flow errors in the websites we manage, and has provided the information necessary to make calculated adjustments to our UI, resulting in a decrease in bounce rate and an increase in conversions and revenue. We definitely have ROI with our Hotjar spend.
