The best thing about join.me is that it's straightforward to use, and you don't need any extra software to participate in meetings - you can do everything directly through your web browser. Additionally, they offer low-cost alternatives for meeting services which is great if you're on a budget. You can also use recordings of your meetings (in high quality) which is helpful if you want to refer back to something later on or share the recording with someone who couldn't make the meeting. Even if you can't participate in a discussion because you don't have a microphone, there's no need to worry, as you can still dial into the conference call using one of the numbers provided. I've found it helpful that previous sessions are so well organized, so I can quickly reschedule appointments with clients without digging around for old notes first." help download the app so I can join conferences from anywhere. It would be great if I could be invited to browser parties too. Unfortunately, an external user was unable to sign in, but a defect in the joint caused the problem. In my opinion, their operating system has a flaw where a lengthy display could malfunction after connection. Join.me is an excellent resource for online meetings, team projects, and educational webinars. However, we must provide constant direction and feedback to our interns and new hires. Join.me can help us hold virtual meetings with them to provide in-depth project training.

Join.me is useful and feasible in terms of the performance of its qualities for our audio conferences, videoconferences and screen sharing, it allows its compatibility with computers, PC and mobiles with notoriety, it allows the use of audio without restrictions for all members Through VoIP, with the PC and mobile mechanisms, we can record and save our conferences in the LogMeIn cloud, I can plan meetings in advance so that the beneficiaries are integrated according to their arrival, it allows to host 250 participants immediately and use the audio in a Simultaneously, it facilitates the exchange of speakers during the meetings. Join.me is very important for our organization. It allows us to share any information on the screen from different places with managers of work teams, clients and consumers. The performance of this option is exceptional and convenient for my work area. It operates without unpleasant or sudden alterations. I recommend Join.me for being moderate and skillful to handle with the admission of organizing, scheduling meetings, video conferences and sharing our screens from anywhere. Join.me is incurring positive actions and results in my work area and that of the rest of my colleagues with the ability to allow: link to a conversation in a simple way through personal connection, with the option to record and reproduce our meetings, allows assistance using the chat function for online conversations.

The best part about join.me is that it allows users to share their screens. This has proved beneficial in several ways, the most prominent being that team members can prepare documents more effectively after gathering information during meetings instead of taking notes. Additionally, recording these sessions proves beneficial for those unable to attend the meeting; they can listen and benefit from the debate later. Finally, we hardly utilize the chat function anyone can listen and benefit from the discussion, regardless of whether or not they're near a computer or otherwise unable to participate. What I don't like about join. me is that it's not immediately intuitive how to set up a screen sharing session. It took us a few attempts to master the software when we first started using the software. However, you'll quickly become proficient at using it with some practice. Since we must use our work mobile devices for sharing screens, I think it would be helpful if there were a way to add audio into the software. join.me is a web conferencing software that makes it easy to connect with others for online meetings and collaboration. No complexity is involved in using join. me, which makes it ideal for businesses that want an efficient communication method without relying on external service providers. The support team is also responsive, meaning any issues you have can be resolved quickly and easily internally.

We cannot used it easily because some of its feature are bit complex for use. While joining video calls from smart phones it work bit slower and sometimes hang my phone. Join.me is good tool for attending meetings but bit tough and pricey rather than other alternatives. Join.me is a communication software that makes our communication easier and help us for according the management for business and sharing information with clients. We compare the best live video conferencing calls software and discussion about why some of the most recognizable companies and online meeting service formation it them. So its a good option for communication but need common as Skype and other tools are.

It is priced right for us as we need to use it only about 20 times a year. Trying to help the customer figure out how to respond to questions Join.Me needs answered when they need the customer to sign up with a new user name and password, when all the customer wants to do is share his screen with us so we can fix his problems. In the mean time we have a valid contract with Join.Me. The method they want us to use is even more complected to the customer. That method is, customer links to my computer to view my screen, then I click a button which asks the customer to share his screen. The customer has to be told there will be a question, the first of many, that you need to respond to, to allow your screen to be shared. Way too complicated. Then, once I have finally gained control of the remote computer, if I need to set a permission or any one of a dozen other tasks, his computer will ask me to verify that I need to do this thing, BUT I cannot see the question, when I seem to loose control, I have to ask "Is there a question on the screen?". So the customer must sit there the whole time answering questions that I cannot see. I used it for two years and finally found another product that is reasonably priced and does what we need to do, remote support. None now

I was really unhappy about my experience with requesting a prorated refund about I had billed for annual subscription since I had not used Join Me in over six months. Instead of giving me such a refund, they referred to the fine print in their customer agreement which of course no one has time to read. You are much better off using Zoom for meetings.

Head to head join me is quicker to use and is easier to use. It requires literally nothing to install unlike the other applications, which makes it the best choice when working with users who are less technical. join.me is the fastest to get started and share with your users. When seconds count this is a no brainer.
Join.me is definitely suited for a quick demonstration or sharing of a screen to help troubleshoot or control a PC. This made situations like doing remote installs a cinch as does sharing a screen. This also works well for someone who can't afford an account or has very limited needs as this can be a great tool. When you find your needs start to increase you will see the value of the tool and become comfortable using the tool.
It has always utilized a web deployment. This made it easy to get users to share their screen with us and work on their machine. Join.me had a simple to use interface. This made it easy for users to share and chat with us about their issues or problems they wanted to discuss with us. Join.me always gave free upgrades when they first came out to get more users to buy into using the tool which made it very easy for us to decide if this would be the tool we would use going forward for our demos and support calls.
Initially join.me didn't have a phone call in number which meant we needed to call our customers directly. Ever since then I have never looked to see if it was ever implemented as the initial expectation has stuck with me. It wasn't easy to determine which user was watching my machine. Other systems have a login url PLUS a meeting code. Even though join.me uses a 9 digit code at any time it could be a random internet user looking at your screen. And when a user showed up it would show as user 1. Pricing wasn't as competitive as other services. This is not a critical issue but some tools like this one don't allow control of apps that require admin access. This at most times is not a big deal but with some support PCs it did become an issue and we had to utilize other tools.

When there is a very specific task in mind, join.me has served our team exceptionally well for several years. It always makes the budget for renewal, and is one of the first tools that our support staff leverages when helping our clients. Other platforms often carry a higher cost, a longer meeting initiation window, require some technical expertise from the end-user to initiate, and can create delays and frustrations executing a simple task of screen sharing. To be able to send a link that someone can open in their browser, you can have a session launched in seconds, with no worry to your end-user's technical proficiency or hardware requirements to participate.
We do not use join.me as a replacement for web conferencing software. Scheduled meetings with a large volume of participants are more easily facilitated for us with other software. However, for 1:1 and small group settings, especially on the fly, join.me is a huge time saver in both process and deployment.
No download/installation of a tool or application to start viewing, just open the browser and send the link. Very fast to start a session, no need to schedule an event, send out calendar invitations, have the end user downloading an application. Compatibly with browsers has been outstanding, we do not have to implement workarounds for this product. Our most technologically challenged clients have no issues launching a join.me session.
When sharing your screen when you have multiple monitors displayed, it can often be difficult. Screen sharing animations can be choppy.

Join.me checks off all the boxes for what we need in a webinar toolset. It is one of the easiest to use and has a small bandwidth requirement that matches up well against the competition. It is priced right for a company of our size (under 10 users). In fact, it works so well, we've added additional user accounts due to increased business and the need to run multiple meetings at a time.
Join.me works great for product demos, presentations and customer training. The audio is great, especially when the participants dial in via phone. It is easy to navigate as the host, and acting as host while presenting is easy to do. I haven't used it for mass webinars, so I can't speak to how well it works for things like that.
Works for all levels of users, even those who are not very tech savvy. Easy to set up and schedule meetings. Navigation as the meeting host is intuitive and straight-forward.
The audio quality if using the computer for audio can be iffy. It is likely due to slower internet speeds by some of the participants. I always dial in for the audio portion (and recommend the same for others) and it sounds great. This might be a little picky, but the invites that come from Join.me can be a little clunky and crammed together. Locking in a meeting code is nice, but it can lead to double booking if you aren't careful.

I have been a Skype user for over 10 years and while it has its pros, I think Join.me provides ease of use that cannot be found on Skype or Zoom. Basecamp is more of a project management tool but it has some video conferencing features that can be used. If I was to rate these products, I would say #1 is Zoom, #2 is Join.me, #3 is Basecamp and #4 is Skype. Join.me is a clear winner in the ease of use category though with its web integration and fast meeting connection features.
I think Join.me would be ideal for smaller meetings of say under 50 people. Team meetings, client pitches, collaborations are just a few scenarios where Join.me may be useful. If you have a bigger meeting with more than 50 participants, you may need to look for another solution.
No need to download anything to get started. Once you sign up you can get started from within your browser. This is probably the single best feature, its a get up and go solution for video conferencing and you do not need any software for it to work. The one click join a meeting URL is genius. Users who struggle with remembering passwords or invites can just click a link and immediately participate in a meeting which means one email and a couple of clicks and a meeting can start. Good control features - As the main user, you have many control features including deciding who can speak, annotations, screen sharing easily. Screen Recordings to the Cloud - This can save on time when you have had a long conference, you can save a recording to the cloud and download it later.
There is no free tier version beyond a free trial. It would be good if there was a free version of some sort. If you have a large meeting, it can be a bit unstable, whether this is connectivity or the platform itself is hard to say. Mobile Apps do not offer the same experience as the web experience, you can find yourself kicked out of a meeting while other participants may still be in the same meeting. Some synergy between the web and mobile apps would be great.

We ended up using Join.me by default when we learned that DocSend did not have audioconferencing built in. We use it via their integration and the experience has not been great. On it's own I'm guessing it works a lot better. Over all the other audio conferencing solutions I've used in the past I really like the customization that Join.me offers. I realize it's not that big of a deal, but I think adding in some personality to your meeting room humanizes you as a sales rep, so that's a nice touch.
I think Join.me on it's own probably works a lot better than how I use it in conjunction with DocSend which is not great (we plan on switching vendors once our contract is up because of this). It is great because it allows you a lot of personalization and flexibility with your meeting room. Don't use it with DocSend- it is unreliable.
Join.me has a lot of personalization touches I haven't seen in a lot of other audio conferencing software. It allows you to have a personalized background for viewers to see while they are waiting for you to share your screen which I like. Join.me makes it easy to add international dial-in numbers which has come in handy when working on a global level. Join.me's audio quality is pretty good- it occasionally will drop people from a call, but I don't think this happens any more often than any other conferencing software.
We use Join.me in conjunction with DocSend- this integration is very poor and only works 2/3rds of the time. When I am using DocSend and I push the button to switch to the Join.me screenshare the load time is very slow and it's always and awkward waiting time on a call for the screen to switch. Oftentimes when I switch my screen the attendee says all they see is the loading screen, not what I'm sharing. We then have to spend 5 min troubleshooting and trying to get it to work. The audio conferencing will occasionally drop people randomly, though I wouldn't say this happens any more so than any other conferencing vendor.

Since Join.me is free, it's not really fair to compare to all paid products. However, since Join.me is free and IS comparable to pay for products, that speaks in and of itself. While the screen refresh is a little slow, and there are some extra clicks users have to do to permit people to do things, it still works good enough to do remote system support. There are a lot of other free products out there that are just terrible, and we've tried a lot of them. Bomgar is an expensive product that works, but only on the SAME level as join.me, which is a free product. TeamViewer and ScreenConnect are both expensive as well, but they also have better features, faster screen redraw, and easier file transfers. With that said, Join.me rivals Bomgar and if others are not currently working right, Join.me is a great fall back solution that can get the job done.
If you need a quick connection to someone to do something quick and simple, join.me is probably your best bet. It's free and it works. If you need to do something a little more intensive and time consuming often, there are a few paid for competing products that are more suitable.
Getting connected to customers is easy. Fairly fast loading of initial web site.
File transfers could be easier. Users have to accept the transfer, no drag and drop, etc. The screen refresh/redraw is quite slow. Mouse movement can be slow/choppy.

Finally there it is. A Solution for online conferences, meetings, trainings you name it that does neither require you to install something which often you just can't) neither is a hassle to set up or join. For me this is the first time I have used a technical solution to do online training with parties outside of our company (that is to say which do not use our internal system) that worked just great. join.me is easy to use, technically solid and simple to use in a way that does get anyone (even the it adverse people) on board.
This simply works splendidly easy. We were invited to online training sessions via join.me and when I understood that I would have to spend many hours being remotely trained via a screensharing tool I my mood went sour as I remembered occasions of technical difficulties with the products I had known before using join.me. I was absolutely positively surprised. I found the join me invitation in my calendar invitation, clicked it an it worked like a charm. I just typed in my name and was connected to the training agent and my colleague as well. in parts it worked so well (no delay between image and audio transmission) that I sometimes almost forgot that this was an online session. In the beginning we used our phones for Audio but quickly switched to the integrated audio auf join.me after trying it out and finding it just simply amazing. In case I would have to point out one thing which I liked the most I'd say it was the smooth, easy and straight forward way of using it. This simply is a tool which does a dedicated job and does it focused, remains simple to use and worked for us like a charm.
Switching from phone to integrated audio was a small roadbumb in the overall fantastic user experience. We had to fiddle around a bit and other web applications I had used for playing back sound before the meeting started (actually listening to music via youtubemusic) seemed to interfere (mac osx 10.14.1) while open in another tab. After finding this out and closing all tabs that might mingle with the audio everything went fine.

it was an extremely helpful tool that saved me a lot of time training my new hires, instead of needing them to come in person to my office and having them sit right next to me going over things was tough because i had cramp space, after using join.me i can schedule multi people throughout the day have all my docs ready and programs opened and just review it with them- my employees also really liked this because they were able to train at the comfort of their own home, especially mostly they're in field. so orientation and training was crucial cause after that they don't work in office, so being able to utilize our software was important and they learn all that during the join.me session i'd schedule with them. haven't failed me once :)
I really liked the function of the screen to screen sharing option along with mouse control no limited to only one of us. both parties in the chat can use it. this made my life so much easier when i was training my new employees for orientation and training regarding softwares we use or reviewing documents and forms together. a lot of my employees were more of a visual so handing them a manual didn't cut it for them as to when i can speak and show them what i'm talking about over a screen to screen conference call & if we don't have a mic on our computer there's also the chat option so made it helpful, or we just call over the phone as we review over the computer.
it was a bit harder to install for my older employees since they weren't as tech savy, they always had a problem sharing their screen on their side of the computer, i think it was an installation or start up program. i kept running into this issue.

Our TeamViewer software was old and this had a lower price tag. Ultimately, we went back to TeamViewer.
Join.Me has a good scheduling system that sends automated invites if you input the emails. It also provides numbers for different time zones, which is nice when working with clients across the country. You can customize your background and photo which is nice as well! You don't need to worry about clients coming into a meeting that they shouldn't (for example if you're running behind and the next client tries logging in) - you can lock meetings and they have to knock to join and you must approve it. Once you're in, you can click around when mouse control is granted. This product is better for meetings with a large group and a presenter, rather than remote access.
My customers have an awful time getting connected with Join.Me. Most of them work with computers daily and while they may not be the most tech savvy, they are intelligent. The online meeting versus downloading the app seems to be an issue. I often have to advise they close out of everything and start over. If you simply want to show your screen, it is fairly simple. If you need control of another computer, this product lacks a lot of functionality, especially compared to TeamViewer. The pricing of this software feels high for what you get.

I am able to assist others remotely to understand how to work with different softwares by conducting a join.me meeting and sharing screens. This allows me to provide more focused help that is relevant to what they need and they can see what i'm doing and better understand how to do things on their own.
Join.me has allowed me to easily host a screen share for collaborating with other people on different projects. Sometimes you don't want to have to install and ton of software or set people up in order to just do a simple screen share. Join.me allows me to easily share and collaborate in a way that is easy for the people i am working with regardless of their tech expertise level. I like how they have both a online version and a version you can install if desired to your personal computer. And i love how they offer a free version for those of us that don't need to do it all the time and who have basic needs.
I have not ran into anything that i didn't particularly like. It has worked flawlessly for what i need it for. It could be that if you have some advanced needs, that it would be good to research to see if these are possible. But for conducting a meeting where you'd like to do more than just talk and need to share a screen to keep people on the same page, this works great.

Its very reliable, connectivity is good and we rarely get any hiccups, even students who have bad internet connectivity has the smoothest learning when using Join.Me. Great recording feature, our lectures are recorded to make sure we accomodate even those students who did not manage to login, they can listen and watch afterwards to make sure they did not miss out. Option for audio only helps when video is not needed, am sure shy users will love this feature. Customer support is just a call away, friendly and very accurate. Sound and video resolution is the best. Cost effective, trust me it wont cost you a leg and an arm haha. Setting up and joining meetings is easy with Join.Me just copy and pasting and viola, you are in for a smooth experience. Its loading speed ia excellent

Join Me, is a tool that provides a lot of benefits to its users, stressing that it is an ideal communication tool to manage online meetings and video conferences in high definition. In addition, Join Me is a totally free application, which makes it quite attractive, due to the great profitability it gives to those who wish to use such a wonderful tool. Join Me offers the possibility to chat and perform file transfers, as well as pause the video conferences and resume them at any time you want.
What I like most about Join Me, is that users can hold online meetings and video conferences in real time, achieving totally effective communication thanks to the excellent audio and video quality it offers. Join Me also provides a convenient and intuitive interface, which allows it to be used as simple, fast and totally safe.
The only thing I don't like about Join Me is that on certain occasions, when there are many online participants simultaneously, video conferencing tends to get slow, their audio and video quality decreases by significantly interrupting communication between the Users. Similarly, Join Me does not have audio support.

As someone who scours the internet for the best free software (or freeware as the kids call it), I love finding stuff like this. With easy functionality, simple set-up and usage, along with all the possible applications, join.me is easily the best software for Virtual Network Controlling or just showing your peers what you're working on. When I do my review of this software, explaining the possible uses alone will take half the show.
