I like the screen-sharing options. Because it helps me to sort out the future plan after my meetings. Also, It helps to easily host or join a hassle-free meeting. Join Me supports HD conference & Conference Calls also. Its supports 250 participants and support 25 webcams which is really a very professional tool for all types of meetings and conferences. I also like the HD quality voice which is able to supply HD voice in low-quality networks also. Its response time is perfect. Also, it's available cross-platform (Android or IOS). Also its compatible with 180 models of desk phones which is very great. Also can chat or call in a meeting using the web applications. Join Me supports many CRM like Zoho, Google, Microsoft, Salesforce, etc for your easier use. Also, I can use the Join Me plugin in Office 365, Outlook and Chrome! I love how join.me satisfies our workforce's demands for rapid meetings, collaboration on new ideas, and increased security. The streamlined setup method enabled everyone in the firm to gain access by just uploading a file containing each user's credentials; they could then quickly log in using their credentials. Participants may join and host meetings on the move using Join.me's mobile applications for iOS and Android smartphones. We currently have two offices, one in the states and one in Canada, my team is in the states and I work from the Canadian office. I use it to screen share with my team members and to take control of their machines if needed. Join.me is a great easy tool to use.
Set up screen share with ease, the link provided is short and easy for users to join. Taking/giving mouse control to other users is amazing and easy to do. Highlight function is great too, being able to "draw" on your screen to show what you want is great.

We used [Join.me] company wide because to whole meetings with our users that are remote due to the covid. It is easy to access and send out invites. Using the computer to schedule and talk to one face to face is great and you can work around everyone schedule. Users do not have to worry about coming in the office for a short meeting or a longer meeting. You can also easily have multiple meetings per day.

We used Join.Me for conference and video calls for staff meeting at my previous organization. We tried using it as a cross multiple sites but we found some features were not very intuitive for staff who are not familiar with technology.
The content sharing feature can be sharpened up a lot to make it more reliable An option to combine users who are using their computer video and a phone for audio would also create less confusion on larger calls

My company currently uses Join.me for client and meeting calls (and screen shares when needed). Join.me often replaces an in-person meeting which allows us to still deliver/present what is needed to the client without extending the timeline due to the difficulty of scheduling between several people.
The only way to pass the presenter role is for all parties to have the join.me app downloaded. That isn't always very realistic. I have had several calls where the sound quality is not very good and the call will randomly end. If you have several people logging into the same account (which you probably shouldn't) then the Chrome extension is a terrible idea. I have experienced double-booked meetings before.

As someone who scours the internet for the best free software (or freeware as the kids call it), I love finding stuff like this. With easy functionality, simple set-up and usage, along with all the possible applications, join.me is easily the best software for Virtual Network Controlling or just showing your peers what you're working on. When I do my review of this software, explaining the possible uses alone will take half the show.
