He pagado una subscripcin anual para corregir textos en espaol. Tras largas sesiones de configuracin/activacin, me es imposible utilizarlo. Solo tengo acceso a una versin gratuita que es de vergenza. Adems, buena parte de la informacin est en ingls, lo cual es una clara muestra de mala educacin. El servicio al cliente no est mal, pero no resuelve mi problema.

This company is using their product to push a social agenda. When I entered "illegal alien," it flagged it as incorrect and suggested phrases such as: "Undocumented" this or that... I don't need software that corrects me when I use a term THEY don't agree with, even though it is the proper term.

On the whole, this is a tool that I can't imagine my working day without, as it points out simple, small spelling mistakes, as well as larger errors during writing, which I would otherwise not have noticed. LanguageTool does not respect your privacy as they claim, they actually store and have real people reading what you type in certain occasions, and they also track you through multiple devices using Google Analytics. Tried a number of others and LanguageTool was the only checker that did not mess with the underlying HTML in the document. I often need to switch between the WYSIWYG and the HTML view when editing website content. Other grammar checkers would mess with the content and even break it.
