Of all of the CSPs that I evaluated, Planhat was the one that was the most flexible. At its core, it's focused on the organization of data. This was important to us, as we do not connect Planhat with another CRM tool (like Salesforce or Hubspot), we use Planhat as our CRM tool. Being able to create and define objects in Planhat without needing them to exist in a separate system was crucial to our decision to go forward with them vs others.
