We've been through numerous HR management systems, like bambooHR, but it's so inconvenient with how much of our business is on salesforce. The owner of our company is really big on data and numbers and it's easy to tack our data with skilo! Nothing bad comes to mind. I think that the look could use an update, but that has nothing to do with function. Make the switch. As I stated before, we're trying to get all the programs we use to work with each other so we can run reports easier. The talent acquisition manager likes to check up on how our ads are doing and see how many candidates are applying to the different variations. We write our own ads and it's helpful to get feedback via data.

This software enables employees and managers to plan, review and also develop goals that they want to achieve with the business. Its also cloud-based and mobile application so easy to access. There really isnt anything I have noticed that needs improvement for Skilo. My company uses it for performance management and developing. It helps a lot for employees that are working from home and is easy access for them.
