4.5I will surely recommend this IDE for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
5.0As a web developer, I use Visual Studio all the time. What I find most helpful about Visual Studio are its collaboration capabilities, particularly its interaction with Git version control systems. This approach maintains the feasibility of code review while promoting effective collaboration and project management.Furthermore, Visual Studio makes it very easy to use extensions. 5.0Visual Studio is a very powerful IDE.I enhances code efficiency with features like IntelliSense and Syntax Highlighting. The inbulit debugger is helpful for easier identification and creection of bugs. Customization is a key strengh of Visual Studio with the use of various extensions. Cloud based development is also easy with Visual Studio as it can be easily integrated with Microsoft Azure. There is a wide community & customer support for Visual Studio as well. I, personally love how easy it is to implement ideas to code with Visual Studio's syntax correction and debigging tools. I use Visual Stuido for almost all my projects. 0.0Visual Studio crashes all the time. I have personally used the program and downloaded it for clients as a tech support consultant - the program is unreliable over 90% of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0It is easy to find support for all-Microsoft solutions, but if you want to create something not Microsoft-centered (say, use a DBMS which is not MSSQLServer), it's difficult to find documentation -- and to integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
0.0I spent 40 minutes watching all the intro videos, and when it got time to start I have literally no idea how to start coding in c++, and nowhere on the internet provides a valuable guide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5.0Overall: My overall experience with visual studio code has been pretty amazing. I started with sublime text at first but then having seen the workspace folder integrations built-in terminal and extensive extension support I eventually switched to studio code which took a little learning at first but then changed the way i have been developing websites lately.
5.0Overall: I started out with low expectations and after the Visual Studio 2023 on Mac was cancelled, I moved over all devlopment of our 55Gb code base to Visual Studio Code. Never going back.
3.0Overall: Basic coding and general development issues. Not my first IDE to turn to. Benefits: Fast and easy to use and quick loading time if you need something faster than standard VS IDE.
5.0Overall: I recommend VS Code to everybody. It's free, it's stable, it's powerful, and it does the job well. Even when I use specialist Jetbrains IDEs, I keep VS Code around for odd-jobs.
5.0Overall: Its my major working tool, the best IDE in my case. I can do all my stuff in different programming languages in it. Even my work reporting (time tracking) of my business.
5.0Overall: It is versatile and supports extensive customization options. it supports various languages and frameworks
