    I love the easy integration to SFDC. BoostUp is my go-to every morning to review our forecast and I can make updates that easily sync to SFDC, I can review team notes, and get a great clean view of the current quarter forecast as well as future quarters. I also love how I can quickly and easily review previous quarters. Integrations with other tools also allow me to quickly see engagement between our team and the client.     For my purposes as a Sr Sales Exec, BoostUp provides an ease of reviewing and submitting weekly forecast updates to management - easily syncs and quickly updates with SFDC.     Would rather submit a forecast directly in SFDC or Gong. Doesn't readily duplicate prior submitted forecasts. lots of clicks. random dashboards trying to be fancy that arent helpful. was difficult to get the syncs between SFDC and boostup working. months of trying to update close dates and having those syncs fail.     I love how this tool tracks engagement with prospects and assigns a risk score. This lets we know with a which account to prioritize on a weekly basis.

    It's ability for Sales Reps and Managers to submit their weekly forecasts alongside the insights from BoostUp. The Engagement Risk score provided by the tool for individual deals. Allows me and my Sales Management to easily investigate deals and defend why they are / are not higher / lower in the forecast. Their slack support is incredible, by far the best of any vendor we have today. Very fast response and resolution times.

    When we thought about rolling out BoostUp, one of the chief concerns (as with any sales-focused product) was AE adoption. When we discussed how the product worked overall, there was a feeling that this might contribute to micromanagement or be used to just call out where they could be doing more work. What we saw was exactly the opposite. This is the only tool that we've rolled out that AEs have enthusiastically adopted. It has made forecasting easier for our AEs, Directors, and Sales Ops team, given us a common understanding of what an account actually looks like, and made account handoffs far more complete. We ended up rolling out to the SDR team as well and again, quick adoption and strong support there.

    I have run into multiple issues with submitting forecasts. There have been many times where I submit the forecast but my manager can not see it. I think that it's gotten better over the past few months but definitely a little concerning when your manager comes back to tell you that you haven't done something that you have :)

    When you write in one of the boostUp fields, if you accidentally click out of the field, it doesn't save and you lose all that info you wrote. This is incredibly frusterating and happens all the time, making me lose a lot of time rewriting notes.

    Has helped with 3 main problems: 1) Time prioritization - Helping the entire GTM org prioritize their time and efforts. 2) Forecasting - Streamlined the forecasting process to remove the manual spreadsheet work. 3) Coaching - Changed the dialogue of deal reviews (from IC to Management) to focus on engagement risk rather than other vanity metrics. All of the above ultimately has helped with aligning all the GTM teams to focus on mitigating risk during the journey of the customer from first outreach to the renewal.

    Overall experience has been extremely positive.
