I've been using Aviso for nearly a year due to my role as a Sales Excellence Manager. Everyone I've worked with at Aviso is passionate about the product, and happy to educate sellers and users to become true SMEs in the tool that share their own passion as well. I recently came off a call with Vikas Joshi, one of Aviso's Product Success Managers, and he spent almost an hour with me walking me through a deep dive of the Aviso Global Admin capabilities. He was patient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to answer all of my questions in great detail. His dedication to customer support is top notch, and his knowledge of the tool is impressive. He was happy to share that knowledge and receptive to feedback of how to make it even better. There truly aren't many downsides to the tool; it's innovative and intuitive and any dislikes I may have are most likely subjective. It's a great tool/product that I would recommend to any sales team. Highly recommend Aviso; the tool is innovative and impressive and offers fantastic features I utilize Aviso to view quarterly sales forecasts and deals in the pipeline. I love the Aviso AI aspect, and it's so cool to help look at deals that are at risk and the analytics it provides around how many times a close date has changed, the length of a particular deal, average length of a deal for a seller, etc. The statistics it automatically provides at a seller and opportunity level are truly impressive.

Aviso helps me keep track of deals and reflect on my quarters. I can also keep track of upcoming deals and pipeline generation and forecasting, as well as stay on top of upcoming opportunities The prediction metrics are simply inaccurate. Compared to some products like Atrium https://www.atriumhq.com/ the data-driven analysis is really weak. Grossly underestimates where I will land each quarter because I'm an account manager, so Aviso isn't able to give any prediction for the organic upsell I will see in my accounts because it's only looking at currently open opportunities and not my past "created and closed" in quarter. We are using Aviso for forecasting and sales coaching. I am able to easily look at the total value of my pipeline and key deals. We also use the tool with my manager in our weekly deal reviews. Hi Dominic, thank you for your feedback. Have you seen where we show our Aviso forecast is split between "Existing" and "New Pipe Forecast"? This is where we actually differentiate between existing revenue in CRM, and new organic revenue not yet created in CRM which our predictive models assume will be opened and closed within the quarter. Would love to show you how you can find this! I will be reaching out to you 1 on 1 :)

I love the AI score and the analytics as it provides great insights that bridge the art and science of forecasting. Aviso is very intuitive and I was able to use it right away without training. However, it was nice to have access to a customer success manager (Ajay) to train my team on how to get the most out of the tool - especially the analytics. I have not found anything that I dislike. Maybe one thing I would like is the ability to click right from the opportunity name under the Deal list and have it jump to the opportunity in Salesforce. Currently, it takes a few clicks to do that. It is helping us forecast more accurately. The AI SCORE IS HUGE - IT HELPS US IDENTIFY WHY THE CONFIDENCE / SCORE ON AN OPPORTUNITY IS TRENDING UPWARD OR DOWNWARD - like improving your credit score - and it provides insights into why it is scoring your opportunity the way it is. I just wish it automatically provided some "weight" in the score for a follow-on opportunity vs. a net new opportunity.

The concept of Aviso is probably the tool's strongest attribute. From the way that Aviso was sold to my company, the understanding was that over time and consistent use, the Aviso software would be able to begin to predict outcomes on behalf of the sales team relative to our monthly and quarterly forecast. That predictive component never actually worked for us in our Aviso instance. I did like the deal by deal views and that we could load our sales staging process into the tool and then break out our deals by specific stage and based on whatever time frame we choose (which was organized by the close date a rep input into SFDC). The integration of data between SFDC and Aviso felt seamless to us as sales leaders, but I am not sure the amount of back-end work our Sales Ops team had to do in order to make that happen. The tool was great for working directly with reps on a deal by deal basis for both monthly and quarterly outlooks. I also liked that the content from the "next steps" field in salesforce came into Aviso. The week over week changes to the forecast did not show up anywhere in Aviso. This was something that we manually tracked in a google sheet outside of both Aviso and SFDC. So, whenever a weekly update was not completed by a sales leader (due to travel, vacation, etc), it was hard to follow the data and take action. In addition, the predictive forecasting component of Aviso never actually worked for us. The predictive component was the reason we switched to Aviso, so it was a little disappointing to never have that become an accurate way to judge/predict forecasting. Good tool in general, but we did not find the predictive forecasting piece to be of good use to us. I can't say whether or not that was due to our internal sales ops team and the set up or due to Aviso. If I were to reconsider a purchase of Aviso, I would need to understand how they are making improvement to the predictive tool and be certain that the machine learning would ultimately help to build up a more accurate forecast weekly We used Aviso so that our reps and managers could update their weekly forecasting and also as a tool to easily grab late stage opportunities to manage and coach our reps towards closing deals. We also used Aviso as a tool to roll our weekly forecast to the Executive team.

It is easy to toggle opps into/out of the forecast once you find them - It is completely disconnected from SFDC - any update to an opp in SFDC takes at least 20 min to populate over. You need to plan ahead for any forecast review and can't make quick last minute changes based on new info. - It's difficult to find opps in the list using the Aviso filters For leadership, it provides a central view into the forecast. For reps, it is an additional place to manually update the forecast. Thanks very much for the review! We do integrate with Salesforce and are working on reducing the latency to near real-time on updates- we apologize for the inconvenience currently with the several minute latency. We also have near real-time Web as well as Mobile writeback to update Salesforce. Our deal list filters are configurable, so we can work with customers to optimize deal search based on their needs. Search is another way to find opportunities. Please keep the feedback coming, we greatly appreciate it! Best, The Aviso Team

My favorite part of Aviso is being able to update multiple opportunity records in one centralized place and not having to click into each individually. This functionality makes prepping for forecasting much more straightforward. The Aviso AI component seems fictitious and hand-wavy. The predicted numbers are never correct, and there is no explanation of how it arrives at those numbers. Let's be real -- this is not an AI/ML tool by any means. This is just a nice UI/UX on top of Salesforce. Still adds some value though. Ability to more quickly update SFDC data. Thank you for your review, and sharing your thoughts on what you have like and disliked about the platform. Aviso's AI is consistently within 4% accuracy quarter over quarter, and is trusted by many sales leaders at Fortune 100 organizations. We would love to sit down with you and do a review of your deployments accuracy. It is important to us that you have a great experience in Aviso and would be happy to help put you in touch with your Customer Success Manager?

Being a sales organization, we are driven by numbers. Aviso lets us gain insights on how we are doing as a team and how we are projected to end at the end of a sales month/quarter/year. It gives us visibility on deals we are working on by having it integrated with our CRM solution, therefore allowing us to see which deals needs more priority in terms of efforts put it and how we can propel them to the next stage.
It is great if you are working in a sales environment where you need to keep track of your deals and sales pipeline. It's not an application for a company that only has a small sales force, where deals can be tracked manually.
It is very accurate in predicting the outcome of our sales numbers. It is useful when doing deal reviews with our sales agents, we can see which deals are needed to prioritize and our next action item. It integrates seamlessly with our CRM, it pulls data from it that we use for deal and pipeline reviews.
It would be great if we are able to customize it fully, there is more information from our CRM that we can use to have more insights on our pipeline reviews.

We were using Aviso and were approached by Clari. We reviewed Clari and went through a POC but still decided to stay with Aviso due to their flexibility in working with the data from Salesforce. Clari required us to create specific fields within Salesforce in order to push the data into the application. Whereas with Aviso, it did not matter what Salesforce object the data was on, they were able to pull the data in to the application without any customization in Salesforce itself.
Forecasting at all levels of the sales hierarchy. Managers/AEs are able to toggle opportunities in Aviso as "in Forecast" to report up to management/executives as to what opportunities make up their commit numbers. Aviso also does trending analysis where you can select two dates and compare the changes and flow of opportunities within the selected time periods.

Aviso has so many quickly accessible views of our data by team, by segment, by manager and rep to view the health and trend of our business. Its excellent for a high tech sales manager to conduct a 30 minute 1x1 with a sales rep to cover their pipeline, their recent activity, and their forecast. Its also an awesome tool for Sales Operations to collect data and make QoQ or YoY comparisons on data in preparation for the weekly Executive forecast reporting. Our team gets great value from this data.
There is little flexibility to create a custom report and save it for regular use. In the past they had some delays in developing new features, which they have now fixed.

Additional visibility into the sales forecast, as well as a separate view with the Aviso forecast. It has also been helpul in tracking changes over time, which we previously had to manually track.
I like the ease of digging in through different geographies and territories quickly. I have found the Aviso forecast helpful as a seperate view from the sales forecast.
I wish there was more visibility into how the forecast is create. I appreciate the changes, but what % on each deal and what factors the forecast behind it is using would be helpful in triangulating differences between the sales role up and the Aviso forecast.

It has allowed me to get a better idea on how we may end before the sales month. Thereby giving me the chance to change our sales strategy as a team.
I like how it can integrate with Salesforce and how it pulls the last updates on the deals. I can see when the last update was made and what the notes relating to discovery was. This gives me a better idea of what went on the call and how we can push the deal forward.
I wish there was a way for my name to be excluded on the list when you are looking at the deals under your team.

One off our managers shared. "Uses Aviso for 1-on-1 coaching sessions. Useful view of Opportunities with the deal insight cards. The number of pushes denotes rep behavior per Opportunity. Viewing how detailed the notes are for pushed Opportunities and comparing them with similar Opportunities.Being able to visualize the pipeline for the whole Team."
more features that will help us forecast sales effectively and efficiently. we need a tool that will help our organization reach our long term goal.

Aviso replaces the entire spreadsheets that were used across the sales organization.
Aviso is very flexible in adapting to our company's forecasting needs. It's easy to use. Customer Support is awesome in providing support with issues, applying updates, and providing training materials. Data Science algorithm (Aviso scoring).
From an admin standpoint, not being able to update hierarchy has been a struggle. Self service capabilities are limited. Lack of product level forecasting/predictability.
