    Lightning fast meeting insights, action-items, and searchability within the app. Intuitive userface, easy to get started, and I use it every day. If I don't have a call to record/ listen to, I can listen to any of my teammates calls - it really helped me onboard and get ramped quickly when I joined a new organization with a complex product and sales cycle.     Chorus is an essential tool for any strategic seller. Not only does it let me focus on my conversation rather than taking notes, it allows me to easily share insights with my team. from a training and coaching standpoint it makes it so easy for new reps to listen in on calls and to ask for feedback from their leaders.     The integration with Zoom is still a pain and sometimes doesn't sync correctly to where calls are missed or the call doesn't record. Additionally, would love a 1.25 x playback speed (know this is nitpicky) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

    I never heard from anyone at Chorus once unless it's time for the renewal. They reached out 15 days after our 30-day cancellation date to tell us our subscription had already been renewed. We did not plan to continue the subscription; they would not work with us at all and so far have just threatened to take us to collections. They have an ethically questionable, hardball way of doing business, and you'd be better served to avoid them altogether. Gong.io is a much better tool for the price you are paying.     Chorus has a very special control in terms of recording and saving calls, which simplifies the procedures for accessing previous calls when needed, by means of records that include all contact information such as time and date, as well as the name of the member who made the call. I also appreciate a lot of the distinctive things that Chorus provides us with, as we can empty the calls into texts, and the search options are multiple, as the artificial intelligence of Chorus enables us to access previous calls by inserting one of the phrases that were received in it, which makes it Searches are less effort and more useful. I greatly appreciate the records that Chorus organizes, which include a lot of information about all previous calls, and this helps us a lot in ensuring that all events and procedures have been written down, and this helps us in controlling the quality of communication processes and improving response times and thus gaining customer satisfaction.

    Very "big brother" feeling with the ability for management to join calls... lots of incorrect habits created by managers without the proper "heads up" given to the rep. Limit the amount of feedback that is notified to the rep - review as many calls but limit the amount of emails/notifications sent about the review, unless stated by the reviewer.

    I don't like how you can't see on the recording level if it's been added to the playlist already or playlists the call recording belongs to. The AI isn't that great at transcribing voice to text.

    We reviewed Gong, but I am unfamiliar with our conclusions.
    Great resource with remote selling becoming a big deal. We can identify global issues that need to be addressed. Allows to capture notes after a meeting vs. losing track of the conversation while taking notes. Great coaching tool. Helps resolve qualification issues because the call can be reviewed and leaders can determine what the next step should be when individual contributors are challenged to determine what to do.

    Gong has really good analytics, similar to Chorus, but we felt Chorus scorecard and other in-depth coaching functionality gave us a better ability to make an impact with our SDR's.
    Analytics are awesome! Call scripts seem pretty accurate when quickly sifting through a call

    Chrous.ai had a very easy to use, clean interface which made the platform very appealing. Further, their sales and customer success teams gave us a lot of confidence that we were making the right decision with the platform. Overall when we evaluated Chorus, the decision to go ahead with them was fairly obvious.
    Easy to use platform. Solid transcribing/AI. Great quality recordings.

    Chorus as more interesting tool to analyse and share the meeting but since they do not work in French, it becomes easier to just use Zoom's recording function. If Chorus would work with French though it would really improve my work by giving me a quick transcript, list of action items and a way to quickly share the meeting with relevant people when needed.
    French language recognition. Calendar implementation. Organization & presentation of recordings. Specific sharing options. Having a French version of the software.

    Gong.io is simply a better product, with more features, insights, and helpful tips around coaching. To be blunt, if it were my decision, we'd jump ship immediately in favor of Gong.io.
    Weak metrics. Few actionable insights. Poor ability to sync external numbers with names.

    Chorus has helped us a lot with the call training aspect, we're able to quickly identify those calls where reps may need a little more coaching on. The training feature has been very important for us to establish certain guidelines that reps must follow during calls.
