    The platform has a very user friendly interface. You can create cadences for different type of services/products, that you can easily send to the leads with minor changes, instead of writing complete emails from scratch.Real-time activity tracking can be done & reports can be fetched easily. It can also be integarted with your calendars & automatically blocks time on calendar when your lead would schedule a meeting from the salesloft meeting link that you can add in your Signature.     The cadences allow me to cater a unique sales process to different types of prospects. I've had situations where a prospect told me no, I put them in a SL cadence that had me nudging them with emails once or twice a quarter, then soon enough they reach back out. I also like how easily it integrates with other services like salesforce and chilipiper which allows me to research, call, and book demos easily among the three platforms.     For the past several months, we've been experiencing extreme service issues with the SFDC integration in addition to tracking and cadence issues. Communication to customers about product issues is nonexistent. Product issues are only acknowledged if you create a case. The tracking issues and myriad of gmail plug-in updates caused so much of a bottle neck that our AE team decided to purchase a more reliable salesforce product.     The software was average - it's pretty lame that you have to pay a high price for something that is available for free in other platforms like HubSpot. The main negative about working with this company is the people and experience you get talking to them, and their aggressive customer-unfriendly policies, not the software itself.

    After you buy Salesloft, you're on your own. The only way I could get someone on the phone was to call their sales line. Their customer support is non-existent. Even after I was able to get ahold of some via email, they refused to schedule a simple call and instead have spent weeks going back and forth over email barely trying to solve a problem that could be taken care of in a 15-min conversation.

    The phone calls just do not work consistently if at all. We've lost whole days and had to go back to dialing by hand. I had thought it might have been just my first company's situation, but now that I'm at another company, it seems like it is a Salesloft problem itself. It's a great idea but it isn't reliable and customer service is not helpful in the slightest.

    We use SalesLoft across the sales team, for business development and also one-off campaigns managed by individual sales reps. I use it for my personal follow-ups or high volume campaigns post event/tradeshow and the business development team uses it for targeting lost opportunities, dead accounts, outbound targets. It's a great platform for every sales role.
    Cadence management, predefine how you'd like to reach out and follow-up with leads/contacts. Ability to customize an email for each contact beyond the template before it's sent. Linking activities to Salesforce, so emails, calls, lead status update in Salesforce based on activities in SalesLoft.

    The business benefit that SalesLoft provides is tremendous. I recommend it to all companies who are serious about growing their business through outbound sales. I could spend a whole day outlining why becoming a power user is a seat on a rocket ship to having your jersey hung in the Sales Hall of Fame. But for the sake of time, I'll just list my top 3. First and foremost, SalesLoft solves the problem of personalization at scale for outbound sales representatives. I set 65 meetings that generated 3 million in pipeline in a 12 month period(!) and I believe I probably owe some of the credit and my commission to Cadence. I personally believe that teams who implement Cadence can effectively cut down on the industry standard 3-month ramp period. Second, I think the biggest problem that SalesLoft solved for me was having a source of truth for my outreach. I have used a lot of email tools, even archaic mail merges and Cadence cuts down on the noise for me to see who is truly engaging with opens, clicks and more. Sales reps are only as good as the data you provide them and Cadence provides an effective way to see that data whether it is the live feed, the individual cadence level or at the contact profile. Third, and definitely not last - Salesloft helps me manage my call blasts. Remember the archaic mail merge process I mentioned in step 2? Enjoy spending time finding who to call as you swap between spreadsheets of opens vs. sent emails. With Salesloft I can easily see my list of people to call as well as their personal metrics (opens, clicks, and replies). Simply put, Salesloft provides a source of truth for you as a sales professional to perform at your highest level.

    We use SaleLoft for our global SDR team to help us scale a quantity of quality for our outbound prospecting efforts. SalesLoft helps us orchestrate outreach across hundreds of companies and thousands of prospects in a smooth, coordinated approach that's enhanced by their data integration partners.
    My team loves the way SalesLoft groups similar tasks (same touch plan, same step) together in "run step" buckets. It really helps them focus on similar types of tasks at the same time and scale personalization. SalesLoft's platform approach is enhanced by data and content providers increasing its value. On a non-product point, I've found SalesLoft's content resources to be a industry-leading. They are much more than a product company and add significant value and education to the sales development community.

    Overall a positive experience we have a really strong customer success rep in [sensitive content hidden] who has been on hand with any questions we have had. She guided us through our implementation across several teams and we have had a couple of best practice sessions to make sure everyone is on the same page. Salesloft is pretty self explanatory to use and once you get started the UI makes sense on how to work. For team members coming from pure CRM usage it can be a bit of a learning curve but once they get the hang of it they love how much more they can get done.
