As an account executive it helps me manage my daily work step towards finishing my day. it provide me insights on what to do next, as part of sales personel activity is one of the biggest asset to reach my goal. By using People.ai I know if i need to makes more calls for the day or i'm lacking some meetings to hit my target. It also provides our team some insights on what works and not working individually. Call data is a boit delay sometimes its takes a day or 2 before its shows the accuarte number of call activity it's better if the report can be done real time. overall I can say that People.ai. is almost perfect specially now that most of the company are working at home reports for activity are now automaticaly generated. This is perfect for a meduim to large sales team, I would recommend People.ai. Automated opportunity contact role creation, and gmail suite activity sync function is awesome and will avoid issues. I am mainly looking to see my progress daily. Often, this leads to the boosting productivity gives me an idea what to do next more calls or meetings or more email should i send the clients. accuratley provide me idea where my activity stand in out team. unlike befoe that we dont use this great application we only assume some of the activity we don and mostly we get error and inaccurate report . Thank you for leaving a great review for People.ai! We've forwarded your note to development and please feel free to sync up with your Customer Success Manager if you haven't already. Have a great day.

People.ai vastly simplifies activity tracking for sales reps - once configured, anything flowing through our email or calendar is logged to SFDC, and associated to the corresponding lead, contact, opportunity, and/or account. Our account team has always been very proactive and more than willing to bend over backwards for us, which is rare to see in many sales tech vendors. We do spend a lot of time troubleshooting gaps in the matching configuration - this is mainly due to the original implementation settings, and likely caused by poor explanation of our business processes by the original implementers on our side, but it would have been nice to get this ironed out from the get go so we're getting 100% visibility into important account activity. People.ai helps save our reps and managers a ton of time by automating the most mundane task in sales - logging your calls & emails to CRM. With People.ai, we get a strong lineage of communications with customers and prospects, automatically available to the next rep to work an account or territory, without manual sharing of docs & spreadsheets, or trying to coordinate a live knowledge-transfer session. Thank you for the positive review! Automating activity capture and tracking and freeing up your sales reps' time for revenue-generating activities is at the core of what we do. Appreciate the feedback about your experience working with your People.ai account team!

People.ai is definitely helpful to see where I stand across my team in terms of metrics and productivity. As a sales professional I am competitive, so to be able to effectively get data or information on our team's ranking gives me a definite idea of where I need to work on and improve. I am able to track my activities and assess how it relates to the sales I produce. It helps define what activities to focus on as well. What I do not like about it is, other people can also see my activities. So I think that is something that comes along with it probably to motivate others to do well on our job Measuring activities. The problems that people ai has solved for me is my traction to the sales opportunities I have with my clients. It benefited me to see how once improvement is directly proportional on the day to day activities that you are doing. In my experience, having the ability to see those data greatly help me to improve day by day and I am more motivated to do more. Thanks for the review! We are glad you are finding it useful. Depending on how users are configured on your system, only your managers and people on your specific team should be able to automatically see your activities. Check with your People.ai admin about those settings, and have them reach out to us if changes are necessary.

I haven't found a better, simpler tool for capturing activity data and posting it into the CRM yet. Good logic and matching baked into the platform ensures that most things get to the right account without any human intervention. We don't use the analytics capabilities much, but they are pretty robust and easy to set up. For a time-strapped ops team, the ability to put something in front of a Sales leader is key and people.ai gets you there quickly. We're moving into trialing these in Salesforce, which I think is a pretty key step up. I would love more automation / fluidity to the metrics definitions but they're ok for now. Long term, would also love for inline edit for reps - I think this will be the killer thing to get the data correct. Better backend reporting (ex: unmatched activities by rep is not a report you can get...). In general, admin tools are still fairly scattered and aren't very robust, but this seems to be changing over time. A lot of things are done through their support team, which can sometimes take a while. Would also like to see them consolidate and end of life certain aspects of the tool that are not being developed anymore to streamline the experience. They also like to shadow launch certain features; these then need to be turned on manually by your CSM / support reps. This is annoying as a legacy account. Ensure you're being very communicative with your needs, and try to keep up with product releases to make sure they're being applied to your account. Pulling in Activities data into the CRM from GCal for our reps. We've built a lot of analytics for engagement & conversion rates in our Top of Funnel based on this data.

Very little - this was rolled out to our organization without thought, and provides limited/no value to sellers It's a watchdog tool for sales managers to weaponize data - most sellers hate this and RUN from their companies when this crap gets rolled out (trust is gone apparently), especially when the data is VERY inaccurate but billed as a sellers best friend. The dashboard provides little/no customizability for sellers to action on and offers a poor experience. Ask where the data is being pulled/integrated from (clean/dirty CRM for instance), and what actionable, accurate, intelligent data can this platform provide? In my experience, very little that SFDC reporting cannot perform. There's no silver bullet here with the AI tools. Provides (inaccurate) stats to managers on rep activities, very unreliable/error-prone reporting. Most sales reps eschew these types of watchdog "AI" tools sold to sales managers but provide limited/no value to sellers. SFDC is a much better "AI" as single source of truth.

People.ai automates the tedious process of logging activities in SFDC. This saves sales reps time and ensures activities are tracked in CRM. This function creates a consistent systematized view of sales rep activity productivity. Getting data mapped to the correct accounts can be challenging. As the People.ai user base grows, this creates data management challenges that multiply in the CRM. There are many benefits to automating Sales rep task and meeting creation. People.ai save reps time in the logging and allows managers to gain greater insight into the selling activities/tactics of their sales reps. People.ai allows for managers to see sales reps task productivity in a new light. Thanks for the review. Matching activity to accounts is one of the things we do best, but it can sometimes depend on your configuration - both on People.ai and CRM. Reach out to support@people.ai with more details and we can review your configuration to improve the matching rate.

The finest tool I've found for measuring sales representative productivity, key performance indicators, and metrics. The Interface and design are simple to understand. Have the capacity to go further into the transactions that salespeople are working on and the contacts with whom they have developed ties. It gives ideas on what to do next and is among the most valuable assets in helping us attain our objective. We  can see if we need to make additional calls for the day or if we are missing certain meetings by utilizing People.ai. It also gives our staff some insight into what works and what does not work individually.
Call data can take a day or two to reveal the correct amount of calls; it is preferable if the report can be done in real time. Overall, I believe People.ai. is nearly ideal, especially now that the majority of the employees of the company work from home.

ClosePlan is a great salesforce app. Fast and easy install. Very easy to use with very little training. Very helpful in the enterprise selling process. Org chart builder and the deal scorecard are amazing. I can recommend.
Not much comes to mind. The app is stable and does what is claims to do.

People.ai was implemented as part of a Digital Sales Transformation for our Global Sales team. The implementation was done to reduce the administrative time the reps send creating contacts and tasks within Salesforce, as well as to ensure complete data and activity capture for customer-facing activities. The implementation started with a core group of pilot users, and was then released to a broader audience in the Sales team.
People.ai is well suited to ensure the capture of all contacts engaged in Accounts and Opportunities as well as the activity that occurred within the deals. These data points allow the reps to have a more full picture of their Accounts and Opportunities, while also reducing the administrative work they would need to do to get the data points into Salesforce manually. Once that data is in the system, the sky is the limit with the types of analysis that can be done to help improve the business and rep performance.
Contact Creation. People.ai is able to capture and create contacts that sales reps are actively engaging in business, but who have not yet been entered into Salesforce. People.ai is not only able to create the contact, but also attribute the contact to the correct Account (even if Accounts are a mess within SF). The tool also ensures that it does not duplicate contacts or leads that are already within the system, helping to maintain data cleanliness. Activity Capture. People.ai captures all email and meeting activity, granting the ability to capture valuable data points. As these data points are attributed to Accounts and Opportunities, this activity can drive analytics on deal engagement and what it takes to move an opportunity through the funnel. Platform Analytics. People.ai does an excellent job with their Platform analytics, and they are improving it constantly. While they are not a BI tool, they are able to show basic insights on how sales reps and sales teams are spending their time. They allow filtering of the activities to see a full aggregate picture of how the Sales business is running.
People.ai has a robust platform, however, this requires sales reps to log into one more platform and the People.ai platform is not customizable for selecting what can be viewed by users. If People.ai were to make the features in their platform available in Salesforce it would be a huge win for leveraging the data they aggregate. Hoping an API will soon be on the Roadmap Time Spent. People.ai uses some logic to attribute values on the "time spent" on the activities being captured. They did improve their meeting aggregations so that they were not "double counting" time when multiple meetings were booked in the same time slot for a rep. Email time spent still seems to have some errors as the time spent on emails can show in excess of the weekly working hours of the reps.

The easiest comparison would be to email automation vendors like a SalesLoft, Outreach, or Groove. But People.ai doesn't have a template email send like a sequence or cadence feature you would find with them. It is more of a compliment to the email automation vendors than a competitor in my opinion. We want our SDRs to have the ability run sizable outbound campaigns so they still use Outreach. However, we deactivated the Outreach activity sync and run activity syncing through People.ai. If someone gets added into the email CC, People.ai will grab that person and create them as a contact against the matching Salesforce account. For our Sales reps, we want them to have the ability to track opens, link clicks, and send templated emails so we have them use Groove. Again, we deactivated the Salesforce sync and use People.ai syncing. This is a great way to automate the pain away from creating Opportunity Contact Roles and create all relevant contacts in Salesforce from CC's on emails to people added last minute on a calendar invite. My favorite part is how it ingests data directly from Google and doesn't allow a Sales Rep to not to sync an activity to Salesforce, it happens automagically.
If you have a medium to large cs/sales team, I would recommend People.ai. Automated Opportunity Contact Role creation, contact create, and Gmail suite activity sync function is awesome and will avoid issues of "I emailed them last week! I know it is not in Salesforce but look at it here..." For small sales team, <20 people, you can still manually check and control the process.
Unless specifically filtered, all communications are synced to Salesforce regardless of AE preference. No ambiguity. Net new Contacts created and synced to Accounts and Opportunity Contact Roles(OCR). Sales reps rarely add in OCRs and this removes that manual work. Good Coaching tool.
Contact cloud is still growing so there can be non-synced contacts. There is a sync delay for activities which can be confusing to sales reps.

Clari primarily focused on attaching activities to Opportunities; Yesware primarily focused on email templates and was limited in its ability to track calls. We selected People.AI because it offered more than both platforms and its strengths were apparent in their UI design and AI delivery of insights.
People.AI is great for logging all activities (Calls, Email, Meetings) to their related records in Salesforce. Aside from that, People.AI offers a great UI to help analyze and provide insights into activity.
People.ai matches activities to accounts and opportunities well. We're an Enterprise Software Solution company, and our account hierarchy can be challenging given today's structure of public and private companies. Given that matching web domains can be shared across multiple accounts, being able to filter further down object tables helps us get activities in the right place. People.ai has a wonderful user interface. It's straightforward and easy to dive into. From an administrative perspective, turning features on and off is very simple. From a management perspective, their AI delivers insights into rep activity performance, which makes 1:1s more meaningful. They're also updating their Salesforce package frequently, which allows us to bring some great-looking VisualForce components to our page layouts. Their UX design stands out from the competition. Weekly calls with their team help us take advantage of their offerings. They help us stay on track with new developments and ensure we're leveraging their team for support. We feel valued as a partner and appreciate their efforts to meet our requirements.
