Our firm uses CORE every single day for everything from time and expense entries, to vendor bills, to organzing projects. I really like the function and filters of billing, ePayments, and project management as well as managing of vendor bills. It has really helped streamline our practices and organize ourselves efficiently. Their customer support was absolutely terrible 6 or so months ago, but since having their new CEO things have really turned around and i feel as though I can get the help I need when I need it. We have not long implemented BQE Core for time recording and billing in an establish service business. The implementation process has been quite bumpy and their responsiveness has been patchy. Worst of all as above they have removed the functionality to record time offline on the mobile app as they have introduced a bug into the live environment. This functionality is one of our primary requirements as our workforce is mobile. Their handling of this issue has been genuinely appalling and has exposed how poor their governance structures are. They are far more focused on adding new functionality rather than offering a stable functional platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is a delay/lag after every click that is extremely frustrating - it feels like I'm using a government site 10 years ago. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to do something that should be so simple and fast. At least once a week there is a worse issue as well - add memo function not working, even worse delay, etc. The app also is glitchy, have tried to use it and some time entered then did not show up when trying to print timecard on the site. Every other time entry software I have had to use, or even when I have had to write it down by hand, has been better than BQE Core. (In case helpful to others, I am a civil engineer.) There is an inconsistency in the behavior of the software that makes it less intuitive than it could be (imagine if Windows had five ways to close a window rather than always being an X in the upper right corner). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a beneficial tool - it helps with communication and projecet management on the employee end and it helps with capacity tracking and resource needs on the leadership end. I think our company won't fully realize the benefits for another year, when all of our data is inputted accurately and the team feels comfortable with all the features, but we're excited to get there.

The entire team is more accountable for a wider list of aspects of the job. Time, expense are now relatable to the team, not just to management due to the analytics being on everybody's screens, not just management. Awareness is the first step toward making the effort to make changes.

It was the most expensive waste of time I've experienced in a long while. It's right up there with Yelp advertising. Once you get pay it's over. I determined that this didn't work for me at a bout 2 weeks in. But, I was patient and tried to work through it with them. Roughly a month later, we came to the understanding that it doesn't do what I need, and they can't make it do what I need. (Quickbooks and Method Crm was doing this stuff before) I asked for a refund or even for the remainder of the year I paid for. I was told they "Don't Do Refunds" So, They're cool with over-promising, Taking $650, understanding that you're not using the program any longer, and are dissatisfied. Pretty Lame If You Ask Me

I use BQE Core to fill out my timesheets and I love the user interface. This is very easy to use, all of my vacation time is shown and as a user, I am very happy with it. The display shows my PTO hours remaining as well as saves the jobs from the previous week to avoid having to re-enter them all.

The reporting feature has proven to be a very valuable tool in keeping track of project budgets on an ongoing [basis]. We use it daily, mainly for time tracking. It works very well for tracking time, allowing us to apply it to certain phases of projects. I am enjoying learning all that Core can offer. I do wish it wasn't so complex, it is very detailed, which is good, but making it more user friendly would be nice.
Using the back button, takes you all the way back instead of just one step back. More user friendly like Quickbooks Adding the payroll feature without having to pay extra

Archioffice was used across the whole organization as both a time keeping tool, billing tool, and project management tool. It handled the problem of time tracking and budgeting of hours and fees.
The overall layout and physical design of the portals could be simplified greatly. The program is anything but intuitive to use. I found myself clicking what felt like a 1,000 times just to complete one small task. Billing was very cumbersome and the program did not integrate smoothly with Quickbooks as was previously promised. Saving and making templates for billing etc. was a tedious process that also cost extra! The program is as good as what you put into it, but they designed the software for a more particular one-sided way to work and manage, so it made customizing a project to your companies methods tricky. Overall a very cumbersome program that looks as if it was designed at the start of the millennium and note 16 years into it.

I use this product for time tracking. It makes accurate time tracking easy across multiple projects in the same week or even day. It also easily tracks your vacation and holiday balances. The dashboard is customizable and gives a nice summary of how you are spending your time from week to week.
Sometimes the autosave doesn't trigger properly It can be difficult to use on small screens

the exec. appreciates the overall business analysis that can be obtained, time keeping is given back to the body of the staff and not the admin. staff, and can be seen and impacted live. project management is a complete task, not just partial tasks here and some in another area. Generally positive...difficult at first because change is hard, but once the benefits are realized, embraced ultimately.

I like this software, it is satisfying and my experience with it is wonderful! It is a true ALL-IN-ONE and very easy to use. Managing time, tasks, expenses, satisfying customers, with a single software, it's magic. I highly recommend it!
